This study aimed to investigate the effects of social capital, financial access, innovation, socioeconomic status, and market competition on the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in West Java Province. A cross-sectional survey design was employed, and data were collected from 384 SMEs using a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that social capital, financial access, innovation, socioeconomic status, and market competition had a significant positive effect on the growth of SMEs in West Java Province. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between these factors and the growth of SMEs.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana citra merek, promosi, dan electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kosmetik MS Glow di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Untuk penelitian ini, kuesioner terstruktur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 150 responden menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan metodologi survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Provinsi Jawa Barat, e-WOM, iklan, dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kosmetik MS Glow. Selain itu, citra merek ditemukan memiliki pengaruh terkuat pada keputusan pembelian dibandingkan dengan e-WOM dan promosi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi MS Glow dan perusahaan produk kecantikan lainnya untuk lebih memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen dan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan.
This study investigates the regulatory environment impacting entrepreneurial activities in Bandung City, focusing on environmental impact, contract law, intellectual property rights, and taxation. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including a survey of 100 entrepreneurs and interviews with key stakeholders. The results indicate that entrepreneurs in Bandung City face significant challenges in complying with environmental impact regulations, protecting their intellectual property rights, and navigating the complex tax system.These challenges can significantly impact the success of entrepreneurial activities and discourage entrepreneurship in the region. The study identifies several strategies for supporting entrepreneurial activities in Bandung City, including improving the clarity and consistency of regulations, enhancing awareness and understanding of intellectual property rights, and simplifying the tax system. Policymakers could also explore other strategies, such as providing training and support for entrepreneurs on regulatory compliance and intellectual property management. The study highlights the need for policymakers to balance the benefits of regulation with the potential burdens on entrepreneurial activities and adopt a more entrepreneurial mindset in designing policies that support innovation and economic growth.
This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) in conditions before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO). The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, using secondary data in the form of company financial reports for 2015-2022. To measure the company's financial performance used Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio and Profitability Ratio. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity and profitability of the company after the IPO is better than before the IPO, while the solvency of the company before the IPO is better than after the IPO
