Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menunjukkan pengaruh tentang bauran pemasaran (yang dilakukan oleh bagian penjualan dan pemasaran Garden Permata Hotel Bandung secara bersama-sama dan individual terhadap keputusan konsumen menginap.Penelitian dilakukan di Garden Permata Hotel Bandung Jawa Barat. Desain penelitian adalah metode survai dengan jenis explanatory survey. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen yang menginap di Garden Permata Hotel Bandung Jawa Barat yang sekaligus berfungsi sebagai sampel dengan metode penarikan sampling purposive sampling. Jenis Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah cross-section dengan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui penyampaian kuesioner kepada konsumen yang terpilih sebagai sampel. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian adalah path analysis.Hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik yang dilakukan oleh bagian penjualan dan pemasaran Garden Permata Hotel Bandung memiliki hubungan positif dengan keputusan konsumen menginap di Garden Permata Hotel Bandung.Kata kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Konsumen, Keputusan Menginap Konsumen.
The tourism potential in Suntenjaya Tourism Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency is very large, but it has not been fully managed professionally, so it has not been able to support regional acceptance in Sunten Jaya Tourism Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, especially in improving the standard of living of the local community. Sunten Jaya Tourism Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, especially POKDARWIS Eka Harapan, Sunten Jaya Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, is very interested in efforts to develop regional tourism so that it indirectly has a very strategic role in realizing efforts towards its development. The existence of the Human Resource Management Training Program in the Pokdarwis Mentoring Program in Sunten Jaya Tourism Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency is one of the Community Service (PkM) Stiepar Yapari in order to improve the Resource Management used in POKDARWIS Eka Harapan Village Sunten Jaya District Lembang Regency West Bandung is more comprehensive in the sense that it focuses more on improving existing Resource Management.
This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth on visit decision in Tourism Village Cibeusi Subang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approach. The data used in this study including primary and secondary data. The samples amounted on 100 respondents, taken from the tourist population in 2018 counted as 3.218 tourists . This sample is calculated by using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique is done using incidental approach. Data collection is done using observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The model of the questionnaire used a Likert scale. The verificative analysis used were instrumental test (validity test and reliability test), normality test, heteroscedascity test, simple linear regression, correlation analysis, analysis of determination and partial hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that the correlation between variables categorized as moderate. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable was 23.7%, whilst 76.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The t test result showed that the value of tcount > ttable (5,512 > 1,984) with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Cibeusi Tourism Village, Subang Regency.
Pendapatan Asli Daerah merupakan salah satu Pendapatan Daerah yang paling penting bagi suatu daerah.Salah satu sektor potensial yang dapat digali sebagai sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah sektor pariwisata yang berkontribusi terhadap Pajak Daerah melalui pajak hotel, pajak restoran, dan pajak hiburan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan sektor pariwisata terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bandung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data realisasi pajak hotel, pajak restoran, pajak hiburan dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah tahun 2011-2015.Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Rancangan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pajak hotel, pajak restoran, dan pajak hiburan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah namunsecara simultan pajak hotel, pajak restoran, dan pajak hiburan merupakan komponen pendapatan sektor pariwisata berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah.
