The investment decisions made by ordinary investors are affected by the predictions and profits that the investor have. This decision making is an important aspect in dealing with several issues. The objective of this research was finding out the effect of the investor behavioral bias in finance (Anchoring Bias and Loss Aversion) in Lampung. The subject of this research was 120 active investors obtained from the securities institutions and several university investment galleries in Lampung. The method of this research was the associative method. The sampling techniques used in this research were the non-probability sampling, the snowball sampling, and the purposive sampling. The data collecting technique used in this research was distributing questionnaire. The data analyzing technique used in this research was through the multiple regression analysis and the descriptive statistics. The hypothesis test used in this research was the independent t-test. The result of this research showed that the Anchoring Bias and Loss Aversion had a positive effect on the investor to make an investment decision in Bandar Lampung with a 0.00 < 0.05 significant level.
The capital structure balances external (long-term) capital with internal capital. This research aims to find out the effect of liquidity, uniqueness and profitability on the capital structure of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The research sample used consisted of 7 companies listed on the Indonseia Stock Exchange, sampling targets set certain standards for 5 years, and the amount of data of 35 companies. Data analysis methods use multiple regressions. The results of this study show that liquidity variables affect the structure of capital. This is because liquid companies tend to use relatively small amounts of debt for their working capital and can meet their financing needs, but unique variables affect the capital structure. The uniqueness of the company's products leads to high costs, so more capital is used and fluctuating profitability does not affect the capital structure. The Study Program Digital Business is a new program at IIB Darmajaya which was formed to answer the challenges of industry 4.0 which is thick with digital technology. Based on the trend of the digital economy which is growing rapidly every time. This study seeks to find out what factors are significant in attracting high school students or equivalent so that they can choose to enroll in the Digital Business Program using the Cochran Q Test method. Based on the results of this study, it was found that 5 attributes truly describe the level that students consider the most in determining the decision to choose the Study Program. Based on the results of this factor analysis, the Marketing Bureau at IIB Darmajaya can create a specific marketing campaign on these 5 attributes and have successfully identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Program. While maintaining the quality of the curriculum, human resources, and infrastructure in accordance with the times.
