One of the job sectors that is growing rapidly and has the potential to deal with job stress is the hotel sector. To overcome this, employees need a form of social support that can come from superiors, co-workers, and family so that later these employees can manage their work stress well. The research data was analyzed and processed with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis tool SPSS version 18.0. The population is 290 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is as many as 125 employees. The results showed that workload and work family conflict had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and social support was statistically able to moderate the effect of workload and work family conflict on employee performance.
