This research aims to know the effect of debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and firm size on the dividend payout ratio in State Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Secondary data is used in this research, while the sampling technique in is purposive. Criteria for samples are BUMN that is listed in Indonnesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2014, having profit during 2012-2014, and having complete financial report during 2012-2014. There are five enterprises that meet these criteria. The researcher used doubled linear regression for the analysis. The results showed that debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and firm size have simultaneous effect on dividend payout ratio. The results also shows that only current ratio has partial effect on the dividend payout ratio. Meanwhile, debt on equity ratio and firm size have no partial effect on dividend payout ratio.
The problem in this study is whether entrepreneurial attitudes and education partially have a significant on entrepreneurial interest student of management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The aim is to determine the effect entrepreneurial attitudes and education on interest in entrepreneurship whether significant or not. Variable identification consists of independent ang dependent variables. The independent variables are entrepreneurial attitudes and education, while the dependent variable is interest in entrepreneurship. The sample is determined by purposive sampling while the analysis is using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing carried out by t test are attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in students of management study program of Faculty of Economics and Business University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya while entrepreneurship education has a positive effect but does not have a significant on entrepreneurship in interest. To increase the interest in entrepreneurship among students, the cultivation of entrepreneurial attitudes needs to be fostered, among others, through the culvitation of self-confidence, inisiative, a spirit of leadership, courage in taking risks and being creative. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya and lecturers of the Entrepreneurship Course must do their best to make this course a trigger for the emergence entrepreneurial interes among students. Things that can be done include rearranging course materials, the learning process, lecture facilities and infrastructure as well as entrepreneurial practice activities. This research was conducted to determine the extent to which digital marketing was adopted by Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In addition, it also analyzes the factors that influence the use of digital marketing channels in MSMEs. This study is qualitative research that explores individual perceptions. The data collection method used structured interviews. The object of this research is MSMEs in the city of Surabaya. Determination of the research sample using the purposive sampling technique. Digital marketing has a positive impact on the marketing activities of MSMEs. The perceived positive impact is in terms of flexibility and efficiency. With digital marketing, marketing activities can be done anywhere and without bringing products to be shown to consumers. This is very helpful for MSMEs in their marketing activities. Digital marketing can also reduce the costs incurred for marketing activities. However, digital marketing requires an internet connection, and respondents stated that the expenses incurred were for internet quotas or internet subscriptions.
This research is talk about switching from conventional money to electronic money in millennials generation. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Respondent criteria are individual that have electronic money account and have done transactions three times using electronic money. The research sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression model analysis, F test, and t test. The results of this study are compatibility and perceived content have a significant effect to intention to switch. Only convenience is has no effect to intention to switch.
