La psychanalyse de famille et de couple prend en compte le corporel pulsionnel, les ressentis, le sensoriel, les comportements, dans le champ transféro-contretransférentiel et intertransférentiel. Dans la rencontre intersubjective, patients et thérapeutes sont dans la co-émotionalité. La médiation, fréquemment utilisée en séance familiale ou de couple, vise à mobiliser dans l’ici et maintenant des affects, des sensations, pour aller vers l’émotion partagée. Elle permet de passer de l’indicible, innommable, impensable, à la figuration, l’imaginaire, puis à l’ordre symbolique grâce au récit.
Résumé Les auteurs ont tenté de montrer comment les dessins viennent dans un premier temps figurer la paradoxalité familiale. Ceux-ci circulent à ce moment-là dans les séances comme des objets bruts. À partir de la sidération et de la confusion dans lesquelles ont été pris les thérapeutes à ce moment-là, sont venus se tisser des fantasmes au sein du groupe thérapeutique, dont certains dessins ont été à un moment donné au centre, passant par là-même de leur statut d’objets bruts à celui d’objets de relation. Les dessins d’enfants ont permis de nourrir le lien transféro-contre-transférentiel et inter-transférentiel et d’amener la famille à accéder à une capacité à fantasmer autour des traces sans mémoire, constituant ainsi une enveloppe généalogique et une contenance familiale.
Recevoir des familles en cabinet libéral fragilise parfois les capacités de contenance du ou des thérapeutes, pris dans leur contretransfert (et l’intertransfert), en écho aux éléments bruts du transgénérationnel qui s’infiltrent dans ce que la famille met en scène de manière répétitive, et sur un temps plus ou moins long. Les thérapeutes utilisent le photolangage© lorsque la violence attaquait le lien et l’association libre dans le néogroupe. Ce média mobilise l’affect et favorise l’élaboration en groupe. La famille, dans l’ici et maintenant de la séance, présente inconsciemment une scène où les thérapeutes sont pris ; on peut alors avancer que cette scène « ici et maintenant », va réactualiser la spécificité des zones d’ombre contenues dans les scènes originaires appartenant aux membres du groupe et qui constituent le socle des liens narcissiques familiaux. Les scènes actuelles permettent à la famille de montrer comment elle est traversée à son insu par les éléments bruts, traumatiques du transgénérationnel ; elles renseignent sur la manière dont ses membres tentent de traiter les vécus d’intrusion contenus dans l’histoire familiale. Le photolangage© propose en séance des « scènes tierces » permettant de canaliser les excès d’excitation réveillés par la groupalité. Cette médiation peut ainsi maintenir la capacité de contenance du cadre thérapeutique qui se tisse autour du néogroupe.
