Objetivo: avaliar o modo de uso dos medicamentos prescritos aos portadores de doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT), atendidos pelas equipes da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (EqSF), de um município mineiro. Método: trata-se de um estudo descritivo, de corte transversal, realizado com 34 famílias (52 indivíduos com DCNT). Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista domiciliar, através do aplicativo droidSURVEY, disponibilizado em tablets e dispositivos móveis de smartphones para armazenamento dos dados. Para a análise estatística utilizou-se o software R, versão 3.3.0. Resultados: nas visitas domiciliares, resultaram em 52 indivíduos portadores de DCNT, sendo 37% considerados não aderentes ao tratamento medicamentoso devido ao desacordo posológico. Desses, 19% usavam a medicação com a dose diferente da receita médica, 59% faziam uso dos medicamentos em horários distintos do prescrito, 22% relataram falta de entendimento da prescrição médica. Considerações finais: o modo de uso dos medicamentos prescritos foi avaliado como inadequado, assim, sugere-se às EqSF analisar as dificuldades encontradas e propor estratégias mais efetivas de incentivo à adesão ao tratamento. No entanto, o envolvimento entre a EqSF e os familiares no cuidado aos indivíduos portadores de DCNT é essencial para manutenção sistemática da terapia medicamentosa.
Introdução: O vírus da covid-19 gerou uma pandemia que afetou todo o planeta e o esquema de planejamento socioeconômico, em razão de sua alta transmissibilidade e letalidade. Devido a isso, foram desenvolvidas pesquisas para o entendimento patológico e transmissivo do vírus Sars-Cov-2, visando também ao controle de sua transmissão direta ou indiretamente, buscando orientar pacientes corretamente no combate à pandemia. Pode-se destacar o papel do farmacêutico devido à sua extensa rede de atuação, representando muitas vezes a primeira área de contato da saúde de muitas pessoas. Objetivos: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo ressaltar a relevância da valorização do profissional farmacêutico frente à pandemia da COVID-19. Metodologia: Foram utilizados artigos científicos retirados das plataformas Lilacs (BIREME - Literatura Latino Americana em Ciências da Saúde); Scielo (Scientific Eletronic Library Online); Medline (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), e Google Acadêmico, utilizando as palavras “assistência farmacêutica”, “covid-19”, “coronavírus” e “antiviral” como descritores. Conclusão: conclui-se que medidas mitigatórias no combate à pandemia, como o distanciamento social e a vacinação, têm um efeito positivo no controle da Covid, juntamente com o aproveitamento do profissional farmacêutico na atuação do combate à pandemia, que foi de grande importância para o direcionamento e a orientação de pacientes.
Objetivos: Demonstrar se houve aumento e/ou agravamento nos casos de transtornos mentais durante a pandemia da COVID-19 entre estudantes de Medicina de uma instituição do interior de Goiás. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo transversal, exploratório e quantitativo, realizado através da plataforma Google Forms preenchido por 354 estudantes do curso de Medicina do 1° ao 12° período, incluindo ciclo básico, clínico e internato, de uma instituição do interior de Goiás. Resultados: 269 alunos negaram terem desenvolvido algum tipo de transtorno mental durante a pandemia. 85 alunos afirmaram o questionamento, sendo os principais: ansiedade generalizada, transtorno depressivo maior, déficit de atenção e hiperatividade, síndrome do pânico e transtorno afetivo bipolar. Por fim, foram questionados quanto a preocupação com a rotina pós-pandemia, dos quais 299 alunos afirmaram estar preocupados. Conclusão: Mesmo com um crescimento dos casos de enfermidades psiquiátricas, nesta comunidade acadêmica, não houve desenvolvimento, piora ou associação a algum transtorno mental de forma significativa. Ainda assim, aos que apresentaram qualquer tipo de transtorno ou anseio frente a pandemia da COVID-19, merecem atenção, pois os transtornos mentais, de forma geral, são problemas de saúde pública, e pouco se sabe ainda, sobre os danos futuros que a pandemia da COVID-19 possa vir causar.
Introdução: Aborda diferentes temas que estão em pauta no contexto social contemporâneo: Gestão da Informação, Gestão do Conhecimento (GC) e o potencial cenário turístico que, mediados pela competitividade, contribuem para delinear as estratégias de inserção, manutenção e crescimento das organizações. As ferramentas digitais, aliadas ao grande fluxo de informação, permitiram que organizações de qualquer porte ou natureza competissem com organizações já consolidadas e assim respondessem às necessidades dos destinos turísticos e sua demanda. Objetivo: Objetiva identificar, na literatura especializada, pesquisas que discutam o papel da GC na construção dos destinos turísticos inteligentes (DTI), e de que forma as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TICs) estão relacionadas às práticas que permitem uma melhor compreensão dos DTI. Metodologia: Desenvolve uma pesquisa descritiva, uma vez que se propõe a delinear a relação dos estudos de DTI e GC e utiliza como técnica de coleta e análise de dados a pesquisa bibliométrica. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizadas as plataformas Web of Science e Publicações de Turismo, que disponibilizam material de revistas da área, utilizando os termos: Knowledge Management in Tourism; Smart Tourism Destination; Gestão do Conhecimento e Destinos Turísticos Inteligentes. Conclusão: Os resultados demonstraram que os termos convergem para cinco diferentes linhas de pesquisa e pouco se retrata a GC na construção de um DTI. As publicações internacionais apontam uma ênfase para a gestão desses destinos, enquanto as publicações brasileiras priorizam a informação e abrem uma oportunidade a ser explorada no campo dos destinos turísticos inteligentes.
