This study examines the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty with the intervening role of customers' satisfaction in the e-commerce industry. The research method uses a quantitative research design with a survey model. The sample used in this study is Tokopedia consumers who live in DKI Jakarta and have done online shopping at Tokopedia at least twice in the last six months. All variables used were reliable and valid and met the research requirements. The object of this research were the 200 customer respondents who had made purchases on the largest e-commerce platform of Indonesia, Tokopedia. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: first, the service quality and perceived value affect customer satisfaction positively. Second, there is a mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. Third, service quality and perceived value directly affect customer loyalty positively but insignificantly. The result implies that the role of customer satisfaction is significant in creating loyalty. In the e-commerce industry, good quality and perception could positively influence customers but not necessarily form loyalty. For that, e-commerce players should pay a lot of attention on customer satisfaction.
ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kurs USD dan tingkat bagi hasil deposito mudharabah USD terhadap volume deposito mudharabah USD pada perbankan syariah. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data bulanan dari Januari 2011 sampai Maret 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linier regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 22.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kurs USD berpengaruh positf signifikan terhadap volume deposito mudharabah USD, sedangkan tingkat bagi hasil deposito mudharabah USD berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan. Secara simultan variabel kurs USD dan tingkat bagi hasil deposito mudharabah USD berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume deposito mudharabah USD. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig-F 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari signifikansi 5%. Kemampuan prediksi dari kedua variabel tersebut terhadap volume deposito mudharabah USD adalah 88,4%. sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh besarnya adjusted R square, sedangkan sisanya 11,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci : Kurs, Tingkat Bagi Hasil Deposito Mudharabah, Volume Deposito Mudharabah dan Analisis Regresi linierABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the USD exchange rate and the rate for the mudharabah deposit for USD toward the volume of deposit of mudharabah. The data used in this study is the monthly data from January 2011 to March 2015. This study uses linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The analysis showed that partially, the USD exchange rate impact positf significantly to the volume of deposits mudaraba USD, while the rate for the deposits of USD mudharabah significant negative effect. Simultaneously, USD rate and deposits of USD mudharabah significantly affect the volume of deposits mudarabah USD. This is evidenced by the value of sig-F 0,000 less than the 5% significance. The predictive ability of the variables on the volume of deposits was 88.4% mudharabah USD. Research on disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in relation to Maqashid Sharia in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) is still rarely conducted, even though the contribution of BUMN has been felt by the community for its benefits and Maslahah. This research aims to describe disclosure of the use of corporate CSR funds in achieving Maqashid Syariah. The research method uses qualitative and descriptive approaches. The technique of data collection are interviews, observation, and literature study. The data validity was done by triangulation. This research uses CSR program data in 2018. The results show that PT. PLN Persero uses CSR Funds contibuted to the achievement of Maqashid Syariah. CSR funds are allocated for five aspects of Maqashid Syariah, namely: protecting religion (hifdz inen), protecting life (hifdz nafs), protecting intelligence (hifdz aql), protecting children (hifdz nasl), and protecting property (hifdz maal). Based on this disclosure, the use of CSR funds for the achievement of the largest Sharia Maqashid is allocated for the aspect of protection of offspring (hifdz nasl). The allocation of CSR funds is IDR 34,168,729,546, or 26.93%. Meanwhile, the smallest amount of funds in the aspect of religious protection (hifdz in) is Rp. 18,046,879,497 or 14.22%. From this research, new insights are obtained about the contribution of CSR Funds to the achievement of Maqashi Syariah. Therefore, further research is needed to measure the effect of CSR funds on the achievement of Maqashid Syariah using other methods. In addition, further research can add data over several years and add the number of objects to several other state-owned companies.
This study aims to examine the effect of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) to Earnings Management Practices in Islamic Bank and Conventional Bank. Earnings management procedures are still regarded legal when they do not conflict with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), but when viewed from an Islamic perspective, particularly in Islamic business ethics and sharia management, earnings management practices are regarded to be incompatible with the principles contained in Islamic business ethics and sharia management.The data collection of this research uses documentation technique from financial reports of Islamic bank and conventional bank. The analytical method which is used in this study is panel data regression. This study found that the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) have a significant positive effect with Earnings Management. For the implication, investors and other financial statements customers are anticipated to be more cautious in evaluating financial statements. For business institutions, especially sharia business institutions, the principles of Islamic business ethics should always be instilled in carrying out their operations.
