Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the impact of service strategy rural tourism on tourism business development in Panyatan Waterfall in Purbalingga, Central Java, Indonesia Theoretical framework: Previous study showed that service strategy has positive impact on tourism business development, especially in fomous and well-managed tourism site. However, there is still much to investigate if the situation is occurred in rural destination that not categorized tourism site, like Panyatan Waterfall. Design/methodology/approach: This research is a primary research type. The authors conducted field research on April-June 2022 to interview and distribute questionnaire to visistors. There are 543 visitors who respond and answer our questionnaire. The respondents were selected using an accidental sampling technique with the Lemeshow formula. The data were analyzed using validity, reliability, and descriptive analyses, as well as simple linear regression. Findings: The results showed that service strategy in rural tourism has significant effect to tourism business development in this area. Research, Practical & Social implications: The study revealed that service strategy that conducted by local people surrounding tourist site in Panyatan Waterfall lead positively impact to the economy of community in Panyatan Waterfall. Originality/value: The result of study indicated that the friendliness of the resident surrounding the tourist site become part of the external service of community, and it attract tourists to visit Panyatan Waterfall.
<p><em>This study aims to determine the correlation between the characteristics of followers and social media exposure on the effectiveness of promotion of MSME products carried out in the Citarum river basin, Karawang Regency through social media. The population in this study were the followers of MSME social media in 4 sub-districts in the Citarum Watershed, Karawang Regency. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling and a sampling technique based on spontaneity, which means that anyone who accidentally meets their characteristics can be used as a sample (respondent). The results showed the Characteristics of Followers (X1) and Social Media Awareness (X2) had a sufficient and negative relationship, so the relationship between the two variables was that if the characteristics of followers were low, social media awareness was high and vice versa. Characteristics of Followers (X1) and Promotion Effectiveness (Y) have a strong and positive relationship. Chi square test is to see the relationship, so there is no relationship between Follower Characteristics and Promotion Effectiveness. The results of the spearman rank correlation analysis show that the correlation coefficient of Social Media Awareness (X2) and Promotion Effectiveness (Y) has a strong and positive relationship, so the relationship between the two variables is that if Social Media Awareness is high then the Promotion Effectiveness is high. Chi square testing is to see the relationship, so there is a relationship between Social Media Awareness and Promotion Effectiveness.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: characteristics of followers,social media exposure, the effectiveness of promotion</em></p>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan Pada Lembaga Pendidikan Rumah Tahfidz Fie Dzhilalil Qur’an (RTQ) Srengseng. Budaya organisasi yang kuat memberikan kepada para karyawan pemahaman yang jelas tentang “cara penyelesaian urutan masalah di sekitarnya”. Budaya memberikan stabilitas pada organisasi Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Pada Lembaga Pendidikan Rumah Tahfidz Fie Dzhilalil Qur’an (RTQ) Srengseng, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable loyalitas karyawan di Lembaga Pendidikan Rumah Tahfidz Fie Dzhilalil Qur’an (RTQ), dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,626. Besarnya loyalitas kerja 62,6% dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, sedangkan sisanya 37,4% dipengaruhi oleh variable/faktor lainnya, yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
Masa globalisasi saat ini, transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli atau komunikasi antara satu karyawan dengan karyawan lainnya bisa dilakukan meski tidak bertatap muka, hal ini karena Sebagian besar komunikasi dilakukan melalui media surat-menyurat atau korespondensi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada peserta didik di PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya Jakarta disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan administrasi surat masuk dan surat keluar serta kurang memahami pembuatan surat dinas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan kali ini dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting yang dimiliki oleh Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dan diikuti oleh 73 warga belajar PKBM. Rangkaian pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu observasi dimana perguruan tinggi melakukan kunjungan ke PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya, Jakarta Pusat untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada peserta didik mengenai pembelajaran korespondensi. Tahap kedua adalah melakukan kegiatan pemberian materi mengenai pengelolaan administrasi surat menyurat dan pembuatan surat dinas. Hasil kegiatan yang dicapai adalah berupa peningkatan keahlian para warga belajar dalam mengelola surat menyurat dan Menyusun surat dinas sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
<p><em>The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indoensia for almost two years has caused changes in various aspects of life, especially having a significant impact on the public health aspect, </em><em>thus demanding that people improve their health to be resilient to the threat of disease. This study aims to analyze the influence of product variants, promotions, prices,brand image on customer </em><em>loyalty</em><em> at the Rizal Bekasi Drug Store during the covid19 pandemic era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data sources from research results. The questionnaires were distributed using purposive sampling technique (samplingwith certain considerations), as many as 100 respondents. The instrument test was carried out with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 points using SPSS version 20. The results showed that 1. Product variants had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2. Promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3. Price had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4.
