The aims of the study is describe the Indonesian values instilled in Islamic boarding schools, explain the moderation of Islam that respects differences in Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren), and describe the relationship between the growth of Indonesian values in Islamic boarding schools with moderation of students who uphold human dignity personally and humanitarian social sovereignty. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach and is quantitative in nature. The results of the study found: firstly, that the Indonesian students' values were high. Second, santri have a high attitude of moderation, and thirdly, there is a relationship between the understanding of Indonesian santri and Islamic moderation developed by the pesantren. Thus we can conclude that pesantren are also agents of change in thinking, especially the inculcation of Indonesian values. Then at the same time pesantren are also developing moderate Islamic tolerance, cooperation, mutual respect so as to be able to build moderate Islam in society, in realizing harmony in social life.
The objective of this study was to determine the category of positive thinking and forgiving behavior among the students in their friendship. This research applied a quantitative approach where the data were analyzed by using Pearson Correlation analysis. The subjects of this research were 65 students from 78 students in the populations. The data were collected by using the instrument as regards psychological scales, a modification of the Likert scale. It measured the level of positive thinking forgiving behavior. The results of this study revealed that the boarding school's students at Lubuk Lintah have a low level of positive thinking. Furthermore, the students who live in Heler dorm at LubukLintahalso have a low level of forgiving behavior in which the significance value of positive thinking and forgiving behavior was 0,000 with a Pearson Correlation coefficient of 0.666
Abstrak: Masyarakat Minangkabau merupakan masyarakat matrilineal terbesar di dunia; di mana kepemilikan seperti tanah dan rumah diwariskan melalui garis keturunan ibu. Beberapa ilmuan masih berdebat dikarenakan diaspora (Minangkabau, "merantau") dari lelaki Minang ke berbagai daerah di wilayah Asia tenggara sebagai usaha untuk mencari keuntungan melalui kegiatan perdagangan. Walau bagaimanapun, masyarakat asli Minangkabau sependapat bahwa, budaya matrilinial menjadi penyebab utama diaspora tersebut. Dengan bepergiannya para kaum pria untuk merantau dalam jangka waktu yang tidak dapat dipastikan (bahkan terkadang mereka tidak pulang kampung), itu lebih disebakan oleh ketiadaan kepemilikan tanah dan rumah yang telah dijelaskan di atas. Inu juga dapandang sebagai masa depan sebuah generasi. Selanjutnya ada pandangan bahwa, lelaki. dapat hidup atau tinggal di mana saja dan mereka tidak membutuhkan rumah seperti kaum perempuan yang membutuhkannya.. Abstract:The Minangs are the world's largest matrilineal society; properties such as land and houses are inherited through female lineage. Some scholars argue that this might have caused the diaspora(Minangkabau, "merantau") of Minangkabau males throughout the Maritime Southeast Asia to become scholars or to seek fortune as merchants. However, the native Minangkabaus agreed that this matrilineal culture is indeed the result of (not the reason for) diaspora. With their men travelling out of the country for unspecified time (with possibility of some of them not returning home), it is only logical to hand the land and property to those who do not have to leave it: The women. This also ensures the women's (meaning: mothers of the future generations') welfare and hence ensuring their offsprings welfare. Besides, native MinangKabaus argue that "Men can live anywhere and hence they do not need a house like women do".
This study aims to explain the influence of entrepreneurship learning towards motivation to conduct business among students of Faculty of Ushuluddin at the Imam Bonjol State Institute of Islamic Studies of Padang. Data for this study was gathered through a population of students from four departments within the faculty, namely: Psikologi Islam (PI), Tafsir Hadist (TH), Perbandingan Agama (PA), Aqidah Filsafat (AF). Off the population, 92 students were chosen for the sample. Observation, questionnaire, and documentation were employed as the technique of data gathering. The findings show that there was a significant influence between the entrepreneurship learning and motivation to conduct business among students of Faculty of Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. =========================================== Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Imam Bonjol Padang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari responden yang berasal dari Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang, yang terdiri dari empat jurusan: Psikologi Islam (PI), Tafsir Hadist (TH), Perbandingan Agama (PA), Aqidah Filsafat (AF) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang.
This research aims to develop an adobe flash learning media using aptitude treatment interaction to improve reasoning. The research method was Research and Development (R&D) with 4D model design, to increase the reasoning ability, Quasi-Experimental research with a 2x2x2 Factorial research design was used. The population of this research was the entire class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin in the academic year of 2018/2019. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was ANCOVA. The results showed that (1) physics learning media is valid, very practical, and effective, (2) the average physics learning outcomes integrated reasoning ability on the kinetic theory of gas at XI MIPA 1 is 92 (independent) and 87.56 (re-teaching), while XI MIPA 2 is 88.83 (independent) and 90.56 (re-teaching). Learning outcomes in class XI MIPA 1 thermodynamic material are 89 (independent) and 88.31 (reteaching) while XI MIPA 2 is 85.92 (independent) and 86.78 (re-teaching). It can be concluded that the Aptitude Treatment Interaction model assisted by Adobe Flash media affects the increase in integrated learning outcomes of students’ reasoning abilities which are categorized as faster students who are taught in self-learning and reteaching.
