Abstract:The objective of the study is to analyze the implementation of e-government of the users. The users were the citizen of Bogor City and the government officers in Bogor Government. The implementation of e-government was related to the website application of Bogor Government. The users were considered as the important thing because they could understand and comprehend the benefit of government website and the effectiveness of egovernment implementation. The focus of the study was the implementation of the theory of technology acceptance model. The concept involved the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, and the subjective norm. The model of TAM was extended by involving the perceived risk to clarify of the acceptance of e-government use. The research method was to collect the data and used the survey for distributing the questionnaires of 414 citizens as the respondents in Bogor City. The research result showed that the perceived use influenced the use of the website but it was not significant; meanwhile the perceived ease of use, the perceived risk and the subjective norm influenced the use of the website significantly.
The number of cases of Covid-19 in this pandemic era is increasing and getting out of control every day. This triggers the Indonesian government to set policies on schools with online learning methods. Of course, online learning cannot ensure that it runs smoothly in all circles because several factors hinder the learning process. The difficulty of the internet network, limited quotas, unfamiliarity with the use of learning media, and an unsupportive environment for conducting online learning are the obstacles to ineffective online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction with online learning during the pandemic. This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Quantitative research methods will be processed into data mining using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm. The clustering process is carried out to get the results of clustering the level of student satisfaction. The dataset was obtained from the results of the questionnaire by submitting statements of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The cluster type is based on high, medium, and low class. The test results obtained a value with the final iteration, namely the level of satisfied statements is categorized as high with a value of 11.79 compared to the dissatisfied statement, which is categorized as moderate with a value of 7.46. In contrast, for the low category level, there is no value of 0.00 cluster results state that the category is satisfied with online learning with a value of 9.33.
Jakarta as the capital city is viewed as the barometer of every city in Indonesia. The city preparedness to face VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) caused by Covid-19 pandemic is also in the national spotlight. One of the main solutions to face VUCA is Computational Thinking (CT). CT provides the ability to approach VUCA characteristics by systematically ingraining abstraction, algorithmic thinking, decomposition, and pattern recognition in mind. For this reason, Jakarta plans to disseminate this concept to students as early as possible, namely by embedding CT to every subject in primary and secondary schools. The activity began with online CT socialization, which was attended by 1,761 teachers, of which 238 via Google Meet and 1,523 via live streaming. In this activity we also distributed questionnaires to 258 elementary and junior high school teachers spread across 41 sub-districts of 44 sub-districts in Jakarta. The result is that 93.8% of teachers in Jakarta do not understand CT, excitingly 69.4% of teachers wish to teach CT in the subjects they can afford even though it is not compulsory, but if it is obligatory then all teachers will implement it.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
