Teacher performance can be seen from the level of attendance both at school and in class. Quality of Education depend on the teacher performance. Currently, teacher absenteeism is still high. The factors that influence teacher absenteeism are job characteristics and job satisfaction. This study describes the negative effect of job characteristics and job satisfaction on teacher absenteeism in 178 teachers at SMA Negeri Bogor, Indonesia. Analysis of the data used is the structure of the equational model using AMOS. There is a significant negative direct effect of job characteristics on absenteeism. The results of a simple correlation analysis between job characteristics and absenteeism obtained a correlation coefficient of -0.107 and a path coefficient value of -0.06. There is a direct negative effect of job satisfaction on absenteeism. The results of a simple correlation analysis between job satisfaction and absenteeism obtained a correlation coefficient of -0.119 and a path coefficient value of -0.09. This value provides an understanding that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on absenteeism. The results of a simple correlation analysis between job characteristics and job satisfaction obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.526 and a path coefficient value of 0.53. This value provides an understanding that job characteristics have a powerful positive effect on job satisfaction.
Increased innovation in Indonesia has recently encouraged an increase in sustainable fashion in the era of society 5.0 where human and technology synergies can be realized so that society is more prosperous. In addition to innovation, there is consumer behavior, namely mass consumption needs to be reduced so that the production of products in the fashion world can have a long and sustainable life. The research was conducted from January to July 2020 at the Jakarta Arts Institute FSR, Central Jakarta City. The study population was 185 IKJ FSR Product Design students. Sampling in this study used the simple random sampling technique by lottery, while the sample size was 127 using the Slovin formula. The research scoring technique was carried out by determining the score through various questions asked of the respondents by determining the score according to the Likert scale. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS version 25.0. The findings of this research are (1) Direct influence of process innovation in fashion on sustainable fashion, (2) Direct influence of consumer behavior on sustainable fashion, (3) Direct influence of process innovation in fashion on consumer behavior.
Abstract: This study aims to analyze requests to learn sewing techniques among students of the arts institute for the 2018/2019 academic year Jakarta through the development of fashion and the 4.0 industrial revolution. The research was conducted for seven months, starting from May to November 2019. The population was 185 people. The sample in this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique by lottery, while the sample size was calculated using the Slovin people formula with a sample size of 127 people. This study uses a quantitative approach, a type of causal associative with survey methods and path analysis as statistical analysis techniques applied in hypothesis testing. The data collected is presented in descriptive statistics. Then the data were analyzed using the parametric statistical path analysis model, which aims to test the influence between the research variables. The path analysis test steps are as follows; data normality testing, estimation error normality calculation with the Lilifors-test, regression equation calculation, significance test and regression linearity test. Furthermore, the calculation of path analysis is carried out to calculate the path coefficient. Data analysis and interpretation shows that (1) fashion development has a direct positive effect on student interest in learning, (2) industrial revolution 4.0 has a direct positive effect on student interest in learning, (3) fashion development has a direct positive effect on the industrial revolution 4.0.
