The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many hotels, restaurants and tourism activities to be temporarily closed. It has an impact on the financial performance towards the companies engaged in this sub-sector. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of Covid 19 towards the financial performance of companies engaged in the sub-sector of hotel, restaurant and tourism. Financial performance is measured using several ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, profitability ratios and market ratio. The ype of research is descriptive quantitave. The population in this study is 35 all companies in the sub-sector of hotel, restaurant and tourism listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020 period. Samples are collected from 30 companies using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing is conducted using the Paired Sample t-Test. The empirical results show that, in the liquidity ratio, and market ratio there is no significant difference between the periods of before and after the first recorded Covid-19 case in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the solvability ratio and profitability ratio, there are significant differences between the two periods.
Penelitian ini menggunakan sektor industri barang konsumsi sebagai objek penelitian karena industri ini memiliki kemungkinan terbesar untuk berkembang. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan harus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaannya sehingga dapat menarik minat investor untuk menanamkan modalnya dengan membeli saham perusahaan tersebut.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian tersebut adalah teori pengertian serta penjabaran yang berhubungan manajemen modal kerja, likuiditas, leverage, dan profitabilitas.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, sifat penelitian adalah bersifat deduktif dan sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Consumer Goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020 sebanyak 37 dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 perusahaan selama 4 tahun, yang dianalisis dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian secara simultan manajemen modal kerja, likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Consumer Goods di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020 sebesar 39,6 % sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Secara parsial manajemen modal kerja dan likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Consumer Goods di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Secara parsial leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Consumer Goods di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the financial literacy of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Ambon City. A quantitative approach with verification research is used in this study. Meanwhile, to obtain primary data, interviews were conducted using a questionnaire to 50 MSME actors with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. This study aims to analyze the role of Hunilai LKMP and analyze internal and external factors to create a strategy to maintain the existence of microfinance institutions. Using the SWOT analysis method.
The results of the study showed that the role of the Hunilai LKMP was able to change the wheels of the economy on a micro scale, provide easy access to capital in the form of funds, tools, training and be able to foster the confidence of LKMP Hunilai members in increasing their role in families and communities. The development strategy needed is to create a legal umbrella for LKMPs and other supporting policies in optimizing the role of LKMPs to alleviate poverty in rural areas, increase human resource capacity and strengthen cooperation with other stakeholders.
