Producto de la lectura crítica de fuentes históricas secundarias se plantea una perspectiva de la formación de zonas de alto riesgo de transmisión de tuberculosis en Lima. A este sistema de configuración se ha denominado atractores sociales. Estos atractores surgen a partir de las interacciones sociodemográficas, políticas, económicas y biológicas acontecidas en Lima desde la época virreinal hasta el siglo XXI. Este devenir histórico facilitó un conjunto de determinantes sociales como eventos primordiales para la dispersión de la tuberculosis en Lima y en provincias. Este ensayo permitirá: Inferir/extrapolar/recrear/pensar/sugerir los nuevos escenarios autopoyéticos sociales para la configuración de nuevos atractores, en donde reverberen condiciones similares, procurando entrelazar lo reportado en diferentes revistas y libros de salud pública con información recogida de narraciones y mitos, entendiendo que la construcción del saber es una lógica del encuentro entre racionalidades, sentires y devenires, expresión en última instancia de la relación dialéctica objetivo/subjetivo.
