RESUMOOBJETIVO: O objetivo deste artigo é identificar os aspectos mais críticos em termos de QVT em uma universidade estadual, segundo a percepção dos servidores técnico-administrativos. MÉTODOS: A amostra foi composta por 64 servidores técnico-administrativos da IES. A QVT foi avaliada por meio de dois questionários propostos por Freitas e Souza (2009). O perfil dos respondentes foi caracterizado por meio do emprego de estatística descritiva composta por frequência e média. A Análise dos Quartis foi utilizada para determinar os itens mais críticos. Categorias e limites foram utilizados para classificar a QVT à luz de cada item. RESULTADOS: Os resultados indicaram que os aspectos mais críticos em termos de QVT estão relacionados ao salário recebido, às oportunidades de carreira e às condições do ambiente de trabalho. CONCLUSÕES: Política salarial, condições do ambiente de trabalho e planos de carreira devem ser revistos para que haja melhoria da QVT na universidade. PALAVRAS-CHAVE:QVT. Ensino Superior. ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:This article aims to identify the most critical QWL issues in a state university concerning the perception of the technical-administrative employees.
