e-Puskesmas is a multiuser health service application for recording and registering patients on basic public health services. In Pademangan Sub-district Puskesmas, especially in the Registration Counter, there are several constraints on the implementation, such as internet network disruption and bridging with Pcare BPJS. The purpose of this study was to determine user or officer satisfaction with the use of e-Puskesmas by applying the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency & Service) method. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, literature study, and data processing analysis was carried out using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis using the PIECES method can illustrate that e-Puskesmas is very useful and plays an important role in the Registration Counter, but in some obstacles that occur the Puskesmas should be more coordinated with the development of e-Puskesmas so that if there are obstacles it can be resolved directly.
