Materials in the construction world is progressing quite rapidly. Likewise formwork as a project is also experiencing quite rapid progress which refers to the value of the results of a project. In a project the determination of the type of system and formwork method will affect the cost and time in progress, the selection of the formwork method which is not appropriate will have a loss in the future. The analysis conducted is comparing formwork of semi-conventional methods and system (PERI) in column, beam and plate formworks of the INKA Graha Building Construction Project, Madiun. The objective to be achieved in this paper is to find out the type of formwork that is efficient to be used in a formwork work both for beam and plate columns, in terms of cost comparisons and finding a draw point between the two methods. After analyzing it is known that the use of semi-conventional initiating systems is more efficient with a value of Rp. 2,349,756,391, - and for the PERI system costs Rp. 3,050,649,782, - .. The draw point of this system is in the volume of 31,500 m2 which means that in this volume the use of semi-conventional systems and PERI systems does not differ in terms of cost.
Indonesia is a country that is carrying out development with a large population. The construction of citizen housing has occurred in many regions. But many homes were damaged. One reason is the use of building materials. Each construction must be subjected to material testing first. One material that is usually tested is concrete. Concrete testing can be done including the Specific Gravity Test and Absorption of Coarse Aggregate Water, as well as the Content Weight Test, Mixed Production Volume, and Concrete Air Content. In this service activity, socialization will be carried out to the public about the importance of testing building materials before carrying out construction. Because some people still have not tested material before carrying out construction. The activities carried out included socialization, training, and mentoring. After the activity is complete, an understanding evaluation of the material is carried out. From the results of the evaluation, it was found that the percentage of understanding was 53%, for the people who understood enough by 31%, and those who did not understand at 16%.
This paper presented the seismic evaluation of the existing building structure in Madiun city. The selected building analysis is Parkir Building of Pasar Besar Madiun city that located at Panglima Sudirman street Madiun city Indonesia. The structural system of this building is Moment Resisting Frame (MRF). The building structure is reinforced concrete. Seismic load calculation use equivalent static load analysis base on Seismic Resistance Design Standart for Building Structures (SNI 1726:2012). Pushover analysis of this building use software ETABS version 9.00. Aim of this research to know the performance level of this bulding. The pushover analysis is a relatively simple tool for Performance Based Seismic Evaluation (PBSE).
In this era, infrastructure development in Indonesia continues. This continues to be pursued to facilitate community activities in various fields. Some of the infrastructure that continues to be built include toll roads and buildings. One of the most important materials for building infrastructure is concrete. Concrete also has various types, including normal concrete and HVFA-SCC. In this study, the two types of concrete will be compared and tested for compressive strength against the age of the concrete. The test were be done at 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, and 90 days. The research step starts from preparing materials, conducting material testing, making job mix formulas, making test objects, testing compressive strength, and getting results. The obtained results shown that the fresh concrete of HVFA-SCC has met the self-compacting concrete according to the Slump flow test, L-Box test, and the V-Funnel test. Based on the compressive strength test, the results show that the age of the concrete has an influence on the compressive strength.
In a building, the beams and roof frame rest on the upright standing columns of each column is a very important technical factor before the blocks and roof frame are installed. Although a column does not stand vertically, it is a serious problem that will occur in terms of construction, it should be avoided. If the angle value of deviation in the column is outside tolerance, causing difficulties in the installation of construction. The peak of the column that has shifted from its position resulted in a tilted roof frame. This measurement uses an upfront cutting method. While on the upfront cropping method use the center of the column as the target point. Thus this research has proven that the method of cutting the surface is not only more flexible, but also more useful to control the firmness of the column on building construction work.
