Introdução: Este estudo apresenta os principais resultados de uma pesquisa sobre a gestão do conteúdo da informação em um banco público federal e o seu alinhamento com os princípios da Lei de Acesso à Informação (LAI).Objetivo: O objetivo geral deste trabalho é demonstrar a aplicação de um modelo de avaliação das práticas de gestão da informação em organizações do setor público, notadamente nos aspectos relacionados à gestão do conteúdo da informação, para a análise do alinhamento da gestão dessas organizações aos princípios estabelecidos pela LAI.Metodologia: Realizou-se análise comparativa dos resultados da pesquisa da gestão do conteúdo em um banco público federal com os princípios da LAI.Resultados: Os resultados evidenciam o alinhamento e a aderência de um instrumento de avaliação da gestão da informação para a análise dos princípios da LAI em organizações públicas, especialmente quanto ao aspecto da gestão do conteúdo da informação.Conclusões: Conclui-se que o instrumento de avaliação da gestão da informação governamental é suficientemente robusto e útil para a análise da gestão da informação sob a perspectiva dos princípios da LAI.Palavras-chave: Gestão da informação. Apresenta a condição de dependência entre a gestão da informação, a gestão do conhecimento e a inteligência competitiva, a fim de demonstrar que informação e conhecimento organizacional estão associados de maneira indelével ao conceito de inteligência organizacional, mais especificamente a um modelo de maturidade em inteligência organizacional. A metodologia adotada foi a pesquisa exploratória qualitativa, baseada em revisão de literatura científica, a partir do rank criado pelo aplicativo de acesso livre Publish or Perish, que recupera e analisa citações acadêmicas, utilizando uma variedade de fontes científicas. Os resultados mostram que de fato a gestão da informação é o fundamento para a gestão do conhecimento, que por sua vez é a sustentação e dá seguimento às ações de inteligência competitiva. Conclui confirmando que a representação da maturidade como uma série de estágios lineares unidimensionais é também aplicada ao modelo expandido de inteligência organizacional. Objetivo: Apresentar modelos de maturidade propostos em gestão da informação e identificar o que mais se alinha aos modelos consagrados de gestão da informação. Especificamente, identificar os principais modelos de maturidade em gestão da informação e a partir de critérios pré-selecionados, apresentar aquele que oferece mais robustez e alinhamento com os modelos de GI apresentados. Metodologia: Adotou-se a pesquisa exploratória qualitativa, baseada em revisão de literatura científica objetivando identificar Modelos de Gestão da Informação (MGI) e Modelos de Maturidade em Gestão da informação (MMGI), realizou-se avaliação quantitativa dos MMGI baseada em atributos de robustez do modelo para aferir o potencial de alinhamento entre os MGI consagrados e os MMGI apresentados. Resultados: Como resultado, emergiu o modelo de maturidade em gestão da informação ECM3 como o mais robusto e fortemente alinhado aos modelos de gestão da informação apresentados. Conclusões: Confirmou que a representação da maturidade na gestão da informação como uma série de estágios lineares unidimensionais pode ser uma estratégia para uma aplicação prática de uso descritivo, prescritivo ou comparativo para a implantação da gestão da informação nas organizações.

Propõe um modelo de maturidade em gestão do conhecimento, a partir de levantamento na literatura dos modelos existentes, observados os fundamentos e a evolução da gestão do conhecimento. O método utilizado foi a pesquisa exploratória qualitativa, com revisão de literatura científica baseado no rank criado pelo aplicativo de acesso livre Publish or Perish, utilizando uma variedade de fontes de dados científicas (incluindo Google Scholar e Microsoft Academic Search). O modelo resultante atende plenamente à ISO 30401 (Sistemas de Gestão do Conhecimento), com seis dimensões: Pessoas, Cultura, Governança, Processos, Arquitetura Organizacional e Infraestrutura e Tecnologia, representando os principais habilitadores do conhecimento, e seis níveis de maturidade: 0 - Indivíduo, 1 - Grupo, 2 - Organização, 3 - Inovação, 4 - Rede, 5 – Plenitude, representando o caminho de evolução da gestão do conhecimento.O modelo proposto se baseia no conceito de conhecimento como um fenômeno social e mental que não pode ser gerenciado diretamente. Conclui-se, então que a maturidade da gestão do conhecimento numa organização pode ser representada como níveis de maturidade individuais para um conjunto de habilitadores do conhecimento. Isto constitui o perfil do sistema de Gestão do Conhecimento e mostra quão efetivo pode ser.
