This article aims at conducting a literature narrative review in order to understand the concepts involved in the online therapeutic process. This research is important because of the great prominence that this subject has gained in the current times as a result of the crisis caused by Covid-19, given the effects on mental health and the way of doing psychology. The results found point to the similarity of the effectiveness of online treatment when compared to the classic model, the existence of peculiarities of the therapeutic setting, its advantages and also its importance given the changes in the forms of relationship. In addition to the lack of works on this subject, it's important to encourage their development.
A inesperada pandemia de Covid-19 mobilizou a humanidade de forma avassaladora. Diante da inegável necessidade de adaptações e reinvenções, evidenciou-se o aumento dos atendimentos online e telefônicos no intuito de viabilizar o trabalho psicanalítico. Psicólogos, psicanalistas e pacientes precisaram encontrar uma maneira de realizar os atendimentos diante deste novo contexto a fim de que a escuta do inconsciente, que movimenta o nosso ofício, pudesse continuar a ser feita. Para isto, foi necessário refletir sobre a flexibilidade e a ampliação da técnica frente a imposição global do isolamento social. As mudanças trouxeram novos elementos para os atendimentos, mas também mobilizaram antigos conflitos. Neste artigo, objetivou-se problematizar a temática da escuta e seus efeitos no contexto atual por meio de uma revisão narrativa de literatura. A partir de textos clássicos e contemporâneos da psicanálise, dissertamos sobre os ruídos, ou seja, as interferências existentes na comunicação com o paciente nesta modalidade de atendimento.
O presente artigo teve como finalidade identificar através da literatura os processos que contribuem para a manutenção da violência doméstica na sociedade contemporânea. Para tal, foi realizada uma revisão de literatura narrativa utilizando as bases de dados, Lilacs, Pepsic, Scielo e Pubmed e dos descritores sobre saúde pública, violência doméstica e relações familiares. A literatura selecionada aponta para diversos fatores que estão relacionados à perpetuação da violência doméstica sendo eles: a construção dos papéis de gênero, a naturalização desse fenômeno, as crenças populares e a falta de preparo por parte dos profissionais da saúde. Nesse sentido, constatou-se a necessidade de ações de capacitação profissional para atender tal público, que atuem na desnaturalização da violência doméstica e que permitam a ressignificação social deste processo.Palavras-chave: Saúde pública; Violência doméstica; Relações familiares.
Objetivo: O objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar a prevalência e o grau de doença arterial coronariana (DAC) em candidatos a transplante simultâneo de pâncreas e rim (TxPR) em um centro sul-brasileiro de transplantes. Métodos: Estudo retrospectivo onde foram avaliados 40 candidatos a TxPR, incluídos em lista de espera entre maio 2002 e maio 2007, portadores de Diabetes Mellitus tipo 1 (DM1) e doença renal crônica (DRC). Os pacientes, todos assintomáticos do ponto de vista cardiovascular, foram divididos em dois grupos, de acordo com a arteriografia coronariana: grupo 1 – pacientes com DAC; grupo 2 – pacientes sem DAC. Também foi avaliado o grau de comprometimento coronariano nos pacientes com lesão. Resultados: Dos 40 pacientes incluídos no estudo, 52,5% eram do sexo masculino com idade média de 35,7 ±9,01 anos. A prevalência de DAC nos candidatos a TxPR foi de 40%. Destes, 81,25% apresentaram lesão severa. Conclusão: Diabéticos, candidatos a TxPR e assintomáticos, apresentam alta prevalência de DAC. Não foram encontrados fatores de risco independentes para o desenvolvimento de DAC na presente análise.
