Se revisitan las distintas resoluciones de Schmitt y Agamben ante una misma percepción ontopolítica: la contingencia en la definición del derecho, cuya función primaria es la organización de lo múltiple, tradicionalmente entendido como caos. Mientras Schmitt se decanta hacia un posfundacionalismo organicista, hacia una política del origen, Agamben opta por suspender, en un plano ontoético, la fundación del nomos. En este artículo se recorre con Schmitt la búsqueda de la forma transcendente y se acompaña a Agamben en la descripción aporética de la política, exponiendo el estado de excepción como muestra de los factores de politización y despolitización que la atraviesan, y concluyendo con la propuesta mesiánica que pretende recuperar la potencia (múltiple del no-origen).
En la segunda parte de Capitalismo y esquizofrenia, Gilles Deleuze expone una batería de conceptos que sirven para entender los procesos del mundo económico y ciertas lógicas sociales. A pesar de las críticas que lo acusan de proveer de instrumentos al neoliberalismo, su aparato teórico puede ser empleado para analizar y desactivar la aparente mímesis del sistema capitalista y su ontología, pues anticipa en ellos sus formas impotentes y ligadas a ejercicios de poder. Éste tiende a mimetizar las metafísicas vigentes, atendiendo a las teorías míticas sobre el origen del mismo. En este artículo se expone cómo sigue sucediendo en las lógicas inmanentes capitalistas y para ello se recurre a la epistemología y la ontología deleuzianas, atravesadas por la noción de diferencia, con el fin de desarrollar los conceptos planteados por el filósofo en la citada obra, de manera que se demuestre su pertinencia a la hora de analizar el sistema vigente en el siglo XXI. Del mismo modo, se presentan los riesgos de desplazamiento conceptual con apariencia emancipadora, ya señalados en su momento por Deleuze.
