Objectives: to categorize factual elements of ethical-disciplinary nursing lawsuits in the state of Goiás. Methods: cross-sectional, retrospective study, based on secondary data obtained from ethical-disciplinary lawsuits filed at the Regional Nursing Council of Goiás (Coren-Goiás) between the years 2010 and 2019. Results: the highest number of lawsuits filed was in 2013 and 2014, with a greater frequency in the state capital. The majority came from the Nursing Ethics Committees and ex-officio complaints. The professional with most complaints was the nursing technician, aged between 31 and 40 years old, at the beginning of their career. The most common type of complaints referred to performing attributions that were not within the nursing competences. Conclusions: as a highlight are the contributions of this study to professional ethics in nursing and the clear need to consolidate these skills in nurses who are in training and in the continuous education for those already in the profession.
Objetivo: Descrever as dificuldades relatadas pelos profissionais de saúde perante a assistência a pacientes suspeitos ou confirmados da COVID-19, durante um atendimento em triagem para realização de exame. Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência dos atendimentos em triagem de enfermagem à profissionais de saúde para coleta de amostras para o diagnóstico da COVID-19, entre abril a julho de 2020, em uma universidade pública da região central do Brasil. Resultados: As dificuldades reportadas foram: acesso limitado aos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual nos ambientes de trabalho; acesso restrito a testagem diagnóstica para COVID-19 e pouco conhecimento sobre a diferenciação e finalidade dos testes. Conclusão: A atuação da enfermagem aos profissionais da saúde na pandemia é de extrema importância. É relevante abordagens estratégicas de órgãos governamentais e de instituições de saúde acerca de capacitação para os profissionais da saúde e acesso aos equipamentos necessários para a saúde do trabalhador.
Objetivo: identificar as condutas e equipamentos de proteção individual que profissionais da saúde necessitam para a assistência cirúrgica a pacientes com suspeita ou caso confirmado de COVID-19. Métodos: revisão integrativa, realizada nos bancos de dados Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe e National Library of Medicine, publicados entre novembro de 2019 a setembro de 2020. Resultados: resultou em 13 artigos, agrupados em duas temáticas: Equipamentos de Proteção Individuais necessários para o uso dos profissionais da saúde na assistência a pacientes cirúrgicos e Condutas relacionados ao uso de Equipamentos de Proteção Individuais no mesmo contexto. Conclusão: equipamentos necessários para a assistência cirúrgica: máscara N95/PFF2, protetor facial ou óculos de proteção, aventais impermeáveis de mangas compridas, protetor de calçados na altura dos joelhos, gorro e luvas duplas. Estes achados contribuem para auxiliar os profissionais da saúde a se protegerem e escolherem os equipamentos necessários para ofertar a assistência a pacientes com COVID-19.
