A fim de procurar respostas sobre o processo social de inclusão no ensino superior do público-alvo da educação especial no contexto brasileiro, realizamos o mapeamento e análise de vinte seis documentos oficiais e técnicos referentes à inclusão. Subsidiamo-nos por meio dos estudos da sociologia figuracional de Norbert Elias para a fundamentação teórica e metodológica. Os documentos apontam que as atitudes inclusivas tomam diferentes direções por ter como configuração uma sociedade de pessoas sem deficiência e são essas que produzem as deficiências aos indivíduos marginalizados socialmente por sua condição.
Compreendemos que a Educação Infantil etapa da Educação Básica brasileira é uma conquista dos movimentos sociais e como tal advém de um processo sócio-histórico. Entretanto, é uma conquista recente e está em intensas mudanças, entre essas mudanças, está na significação do processo avaliativo. Por isso, esse artigo tem como objetivo analisar como os documentos legais abordam sobre a avaliação na Educação Infantil. Tendo como fio metodológico a pesquisa documental por analisar seis documentos normativos que são datados de 1996 a 2018 que influenciaram mudanças no contexto educacional brasileiro. Esses documentos que fazem parte desse estudo refletem um olhar que demarca uma noção de sociedade, indivíduo e educação. Nesse processo analítico concluímos que a escola e seus professores compreendam a avaliação como um processo contínuo que deve levar em conta o desenvolvimento da criança diretamente ligado à própria prática pedagógica bem como o seu próprio desenvolvimento levando em comparação a criança nela mesmo.
