Análise da visão crítica de segurança e sua relação com lesões de vias biliares A study of the Critical Vision of Safety and it relation with bile duct lesion
INTRODUCTION: Head trauma (TBI) is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide, especially in the population between 5 and 44 years of age, and corresponds to 10% of the total deaths. It can cause several types of injuries, among them, one can mention the fracture of the skull with sinking, withered by the misalignment of bone fragments in relation to its primitive position. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the surgical treatment of skull fracture with sinking in the first half of 2019 at SUS. METHOD: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective study based on data from the Ministry of Health - SUS Hospital Information System (SIH / SUS). RESULTS: During the first half of 2019, there were 518 hospitalizations for surgical treatment of skull fracture with sinking, 36.67% (190) of them in the Northeast, 33.59% (174) in the Southeast, 12.74% (66) in the North, 10.23% (53 ) in the South and 6.75% (35) in the Midwest. CONCLUSION: Brain trauma is a disease mainly associated with modernity. Strategies must be created to minimize its impact and to prevent it.

This comorbidity increases the risk or isassociated with more than 30 medical problems, including dermatological conditions. OBJECTIVE:To discuss the main dermatological changes related to obesity, in order to provide the clinician with anoverview on the subject. METHODOLOGY: This is a systematic literature review study, in which thesearch was performed using the PubMed platform. DISCUSSION: Several changes in the skin andattachments have been linked to obesity, xerosis and changes in trans epidermal water loss; changes incollagen structure and wound healing; in the sebaceous glands and in the production of sebum and inthe sweat glands. In addition to circulatory and lymphatic changes; obesity seems to be the main causeof microvascular dysfunction, contributing to the development of microangiopathy. CONCLUSION:Cutaneous manifestations also deserve due attention, as, on many occasions, it can manifest the firstsign of a metabolic disorder.
Introduction: Craniosynostosis (CS) can be detected as a premature fusion of one or more sutures of skull bones, activating an abnormal cranial conformation, with variable consequences, from cranial hypertension to psychological disorders. Objective: To statistically analyze the occurrence of surgical treatment for craniosynostosis in the months of July 2017 to June 2019 at SUS. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective study based on data from the Ministry of Health – SUS hospital information system (SIH / SUS). Results and Discussion: 19,175 cases of surgical procedure for cranial surgery were used during this period. According to the month, most surgeries took place between the final months of the year until the first months of October 2018 and March 2019 with 6124 cases (31.9% of the total). Conclusion: It is important to develop continuing education strategies not only for health professionals, but also for family members as genetic counseling. Thus, an informative manual on facial expressions has been proposed for patients and family members, in addition to studies on patients with a social history.
