Este trabalho tem por objetivo discutir o design da informao e sua relao com a hipermdia. Partindo da caracterizao do design da informao e de termos tangentes, pretende-se confrontar informaes que elucidem as atividades relativas a esta rea de atuao, suas peculiaridades e os conceitos para sua utilizao. Pretende-se ainda levantar as caractersticas hipermiditicas que trazem a relevncia da organizao da informao, partindo-se para o modo como se d tal tarefa projetiva, levando a uma melhor compreenso sobre o tema. Uma discussão sobre o objeto do design da informação
IntroduçãoA acelerada demanda por produtos de consumo em massa iniciada no século XVIII com a Revolução Industrial, assentou o design como instrumento estratégico na produção. Como resultado, observou-se uma distinção qualitativa entre os produtos, além do desenvolvimento das técnicas de produção em vigor, que possibilitaram a elaboração dos mais variados tipos de artefatos de uso para o homem (Heskett, 1997).Mesmo com a importância que o design assumiu para a sociedade desde então, ainda há muito o que avançar no que tange seus conceitos, teorias e métodos. Como área de estudo, o design é uma disciplina relativamente nova na sociedade contemporânea (Cardoso, 2008;Bürdek, 2006;Löbach, 2001). Apesar das diversas discussões a respeito do significado do termo 'design', para especialistas da área, modo geral, existe uma pluralidade sobre seu significado (Bonsiepe, 1997) que potencializa desacordos não desejados, principalmente, se analisado um contexto multidisciplinar.Coexistem também neste cenário algumas definições paralelas, associadas às disciplinas diversas, que utilizam o termo design conferindo a ele significados para além da que se refere à atividade de concepção intencional de artefatos, realizada por um sujeito, (Löbach,
Esse estudo traz uma discussão a respeito de fazeres fronteiriços entre a arte e o design, por meio do processo de configuração do livro ‘O diário de Anne Frank’. Utilizam-se princípios teóricos e metodológicos voltados ao design da informação, conceitos e caracterizações sobre livro-objeto/livro de artista, em vista da materialização de um artefato. O percurso metodológico empregue é orientado por uma abordagem focada no design e elementos das artes, abarcando ainda, de modo exploratório, investigação sobre recursos gráficos experimentais, dentre eles, conceituações, processos gráficos, tipografia e uso de materiais, trazendo assim, uma solução pelo viés do diálogo entre a configuração do texto literário e o produto gráfico artístico, potencializando ao leitor uma interação de cunho experimental, no que tange às relações táteis e visuais, a partir da exploração de seus elementos.
