RESUMOA presente pesquisa objetivou demonstrar os valores e examinar a evolução na evidenciação da contabilização da depreciação dos bens móveis e imóveis pertencentes aos órgãos que compõem a Administração Pública do Estado do Amazonas, nos exercícios de 2012 a 2014. Para tanto, foi realizado um levantamento de dados relativos à tais valores, evidenciados nos exercícios mencionados, extraídos de Portais de Transparência e/ou obtidos por meio de consultas realizadas junto a Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda do Amazonas -SEFAZ/AM. Como resultado, constatou-se que a quantidade de entidades que evidenciaram valores relacionados à depreciação representa menos de 50% do número de unidades ativas nos três exercícios. Em relação ao valor do ativo imobilizado incorporado, observou-se um aumento, com média anual de 19,69%. Em contrapartida, a depreciação contabilizada representou menos de 1% deste total. Neste contexto, as conclusões rementem a um nível insatisfatório de atendimento ao disposto na NBC T SP 16.9, bem como a Lei nº 4.320/64 e LRF e demonstra a afetação ocorrida na transparência do correto uso dos bens públicos, bem como nas informações geradas pela contabilidade e que são necessárias para a correta tomada de decisão. ABSTRACTThe present research aimed to demonstrate the values and examine developments in the disclosure of accounting for the depreciation of movable and immovable property belonging to the components that make up the Public Administration of the State of Amazonas, in the years 2012 to 2014. Therefore, were conducted a survey of data relating to these values, as evidenced in the exercises mentioned, extracted from real transparency and/or obtained through consultation with the Secretary of State of the farm of Amazonas -SEFAZ/AM. As a result, it was found that the amount of entities that showed values related to the depreciation represents less than 50% of the number of units active in three years. In relation to the value of the assets incorporated, an increase was observed, with an annual average of 19.69%. In contrast, the depreciation accounted for represented less than 1% of the total. In this context, the conclusions referred to an unsatisfactory level of compliance with the provisions of the NBC T SP 16.9, as well as the Law No 4.320/64 and SRT and demonstrates the violation occurred in the transparency of the correct use of public goods, as well as information generated by Accounting and which are necessary for the correct decision-making.
