Latar Belakang : Pusat Data Persatuan Rumah Sakit Seluruh Indonesia menjelaskan kejadian saat persalinan dengan hasil 15% Ibu mengalami komplikasi persalinan, 21% persalinan menyakitkan, 23% tidak memperoleh informasi tentang persiapan persalinan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan nyeri pada persalinan yaitu salah satunya metode non farmakologi yaitu kompres hangat. Dampak nyeri persalinan jika tidak diatasi akan meningkatkan aktivitas sistem saraf yang dapat dapat mengakibatkan perubahan tekanan darah, nadi, dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan kekuatan kontraksi uterus. Selain itu dapat menyebakan partus lama yang akan mengancam keselamatan ibu dan janin. Tujuan: Penelitian Mengidentifikasi tingkat intensitas nyeri persalinan kala I, teknik pemberian kompres hangat, dan pengaruh kompres hangat terhadap pengurangan nyeri persalinan kala I. Metode : Traditional review. Jurnal/artikel berasal dari pencarian pada database Google Scholar dan IOSR, menggunakan kata kunci terkait, selanjutnya jurnal diseleksi menggunakan PICOS dan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kemudian jurnal dianalisis satu persatu dengan mencari kesamaan dan perbedaan jurnal lalu menarik kesimpulan. Hasil: 14 jurnal yang dilakukan review, nyeri yang dirasakan ibu berkurang dari nyeri sangat berat, nyeri berat, dan nyeri sedang. Setelah dilakukan kompres hangat dibagian punggung dan perut menjadi nyeri ringan dan nyeri sedang. Kesimpulan : Terdapat Penurunan intesitas nyeri setelah dilakukan kompres hangat menjadi nyeri sedang dan nyeri ringan. Kompres hangat diberikan sesuai SOP agar meningkatkan pelayanan. Selain itu perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang teknik pemberian seperti posisi ibu, area/tempat, dan suhu agar dapat memberikan manfaat secara maksimal. Serta melibatkan keluarga dalam pemberian kompres hangat.
Thisstudyaims toimprove poetry writing skills with acrostic techniques in elementary school students. This research is descriptive qualitative. This type of research is a class action research (Class Action Research). The research carried out consisted of two cycles, each cycle being carried out three times.TheThe research procedure includes planning, implementing the action, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 34 grade V elementary school students.After carrying out the research in the first cycle 21 of 34 students got a score of 72.35 who got a "low" qualification. After that, the second cycle of research was carried out, 33 students got an average score of 80 in the "High" qualification. Based on the results of the research in the first and second cycles it proves that the application of acrostic techniques in learning to write poetry in fifth grade elementary school students is very appropriate because the application of these techniques can improve student learning outcomes in writing poetry for the better.
The purpose of this study is to describe the discovery learning model in exposition text about the environment around students. The type of this study is quantitative research with the experimental method. The design of this study was static to two groups. The sample of this study were 50 people, 26 experimental and 24 control class. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The results showed the following. First, the expository writing skills of the students using the conventional method are at a more than adequate qualification. The average writing ability of the students is still below the learning standards. Second, the skills of writing exposition text using the discovery learning model are in Good qualification. Students’ ability to write environmental exposition text exceeds learning standard. Based on the results of this study concluded that the skills of writing text using discovery learning model is better than using conventional method learning.
