This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Solok. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Student Skills and Field Practice had on Entrepreneurial Motivation of Students at SMKN 1 Solok, Department of Online Business and Marketing. The population in this study amounted to 84 people. Types of quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and in this study the sample was class XII BDP 3, which consisted of 30 people. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of Student Skills and Field Practice variables affect the Entrepreneurial Motivation of Students at SMKN 1 Solok Y = 2.408 + 0.744X1 + 0.293X2 + e. From the t-test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Student Skills had a significant effect on Student Entrepreneurial Motivation with tcount greater than t table 7.735> 2.05 and a significant level value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Variable X2 Field Practice has a significant effect on Student Entrepreneurial Motivation, the known value of t count > t table is 3.008 > 2.05 and the significance value is 0.006 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the f test conducted, it was found that students and field practice had a simultaneous effect on students' entrepreneurial motivation with f fcount 44,038 > ftable 3,354 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. From the Determination Test, the value of R square is 0.765 or 76.5%. This indicates that the contribution of the variable Student Skills and Field Practice is 76.5%. While the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other variables
Local autonomy is already in progress resulting in increased service to the community. Local government employees work motivation plays an important role in the course of regional governance. Raises employee motivation possessed a positive attitude towards work, this will affect in the face of her work at the office or in serving masyarakat.Penelitian aims to examine the effect of autonomy on employee work motivation Solok market services. The number of respondents who obtained from questionnaires totaling 30 people. Hypothesis was tested with SPSS and the obtained results with the accepted hypothesis sig 0006, meaning that local autonomy affect employee motivation agency Solok market.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kebangkrutan menggunakan metode Springate (S-Score) pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 21 perusahaan ritel yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan menggunakan metode Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA) yaitu: memilih empat dari 19 rasio keuangan inti, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk membedakan apakah perusahaan tergolong bangkrut atau tidak. Springate mengemukakan nilai cut off yang berlaku untuk model ini adalah 0,862, nilai S-score yang didapat > 0,862 diprediski tidak bangkrut dan nilai S-score yang didapat < 0,862 diprediski bangkrut. Berdasarkan perhitungan Springate (S-Score) hasil penelitian ini bahwa pada tahun 2016 terdapat 3 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2017 terdapat 2 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2018 ada 1 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2019 ada 2 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut dan pada tahun 2020 ada 5 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut didapat bahwa dari 21 perusahaan Sub Sektor Ritel terdapat 6 perusahaan diprediski bangkrut dalam waktu periode tahun 2016-2020 Diantaranya adalah perusahaan Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk, Global Teleshop Tbk, Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk dan Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk. Model Springate (S-Score) dalam memprediksi adanya potensi (indikasi) kebangkrutan perusahaan memiliki tingkat keakuratan hingga 92,5%.
This research was conducted at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. The population in this study were all 33 teachers in Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the sampling technique in this study was total sampling, where the number of samples was the same as the population. So the sample in this study were 33 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and ability to use technology to increase the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School. The sample in this study were 33 respondents who teach at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that Y = 4.133+ 0.582X1 + 0.339X2 + e and t-tests of 3.291 and 2.266, which means that the competence variable affects the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the variable ability to use technology affects the professionalism of Budi Mulia Vocational School teachers. His Highness Kotobaru. Judging from the R Square value of 0.762, which means that competence and ability to use technology have an effect of 76.2% on increasing the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School and 23.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the analysis of the f-test the value of fcount is 47.899> ftable 3.30, which means that the competence and ability to use technology together affect the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School.
