Il presente studio intende fornire una brachilogica cornice comparativa riguardo alle più impiegate tecniche riabilitative per le sindromi autistiche, con particolare riferimento ai soggetti con funzionamento limitato. Si propone una visione multifattoriale in chiave prognostica, all’interno dell’orizzonte interpretativo tracciato dallo psicopatologo inglese Baron-Cohen della mente autistica intesa come extreme male brain. Il paradigma del continuum neurobiologico-psicopatologico consente, infatti, da una parte di abbracciare in guisa convergente molteplici macrostatistiche epidemiologiche concernenti i disturbi autistici, dall’altra di sviscerare pregi e criticità di ciascuno degli approcci terapeutici, i cui risultati vengono documentati nel corpo del presente articolo tramite riferimenti a pubblicazioni mediche e ricerche scaturite dall’analisi della letteratura clinica sull’argomento. Si giungerà, quindi, all’acquisizione di un paradigma riabilitativo polifunzionale e multi-prospettico, nel quale i punti di forza di ciascuna tecnica presuppongono un’integrazione che sia al contempo reciproca e flessibile, e che si ponga l’obiettivo di scorgere nella mente autistica una particolare configurazione neurologica degna di varcare l’inveterata e dicotomica demarcazione convenzionalmente professata in ambito psichiatrico tra le categorie del fisiologico e del patologico, nonché in grado di riconoscere alle terapie uno statuto dinamico-personalizzante ancorché semplicisticamente medicalizzante.
After a wide-ranging exploration of the critical issues triggered by the digital revolution, we intend to analyze benefits and contradictions of school culture and educational system: the theme is examined with pedagogical tools, along with the interpretative model of epistemological demystification. Moreover, the grafting of a digital mindset in the therapeutic models developed for autism spectrum disorders has included, in fact, the purchase of a divergent gaze on the etiopathogenesis of the abovementioned syndrome, which we propose to define as a peculiar manifestation of neurological biodiversity. Finally, the same cybernetic-computational vision ensures a preponderant role in the increasingly hegemonic affirmation of the commodity-form and can be intended as a key to unambiguously understand the globalized world, by means of economic profiling made available by the paradigm of Big Data Analytics.
In this era when the whole world is in a psychotic recession, where Covid-19 feeds on human substrate unprepared for the "pandemic state", the only real salvation is listening to one's metabolism. It is not a title from Hollywood, it is a real lockdown of the human race which, once again in history, demonstrates its ineptitude which, by syllogism, would mean a lack of resilient property. A resilience not in relation to a material, but metaphorically projected to a reflection where man, the only protagonist endowed with intellect, once again makes the same mistakes by entering the usual loop that punctually repeats itself every decade. Mind and body seem to be no longer distinguishable and have lost the structuring quality that their role determined and made possible constructive actions on the world. The distance between observer and observed, between mind and matter, has faded as if to cruelly provoke a loss of consciousness and identity crisis, hindering the creation of new models, theories and correlations that allow to act in this world. Neuroscience is shedding light on crucial aspects of the nervous system, such as the modalities of neuronal growth and selection of unused synapses (Edelman 1987), as well as the effects of learning or repeated and recorded experiences, on metabolism and cellular gene transcription ( Kandel, Schartz, Jessel, 1991). Psychosomatics with a view to multifactoriality and interdependence for mind-body study are the key points for the study presented here.
The purpose of the present investigation is to combine the modus operandi of today’s medical-scientific research, particularly in the nutritional field, with the humanistic soul of philosophical thought, always aiming at the demystification of the reality and at the unmasking of the contradictions characterizing the current psychosocial model of economic development. The divergent thought, supporting axis of the proposed research, allows, in fact, to carry out a meticulous epidemiological examination of the diachronic parabola of pathologies connected to eating disorders, to then decline it in an innovative case study on the correlation between salivary pH increase and loss of fat mass. The comprehension of the metabolic model in an oscillatory perspective of mind-body quantum entanglement, makes possible a unitary and organic consideration of the human psyche not only as a result of biochemical processes and of higher cognitive functions (connected to the prefrontal cortical area), but also as a result, in recent times, of worrying and deleterious digital - media contaminations, often responsible for all those psychopathologies linked to the deformed perception of the body-self, to the loss of contact with reality and to all kinds of eating behavior disorders subtly injected by society of appearance.
