This research was conducted to study data mining using K Means algorithm which is implemented in the selection of potential customers in MC Laundry. Data collected through observation and interviews conducted to the owner of the company concerned. Further data is analyzed to determine the data needed in the process of determining potential customers. From experiments conducted using K Means algorithm and using Tanagra Software can provide accurate results in classifying potential customers. A process that explains and functions to distinguish data classes is called Classification. The use of Gain Ratio in ID3 algorithm is very influential on accuracy compared to the Gini Index, and if the higher the determination of the minimum size of split, the minimum leaf size and the minimum gain, the accuracy results will be greater in the gini index and gain ratio, but from both methods there is an accuracy difference of 27% for each accuracy test. In determining the minimum size of split 2, the minimum leaf size 2 and the minimum gain 0.4 with the value of accuracy at the gain ratio of 85.53% and gini index 58.67%. The minimum size of split 6, the minimum leaf size 3 and the minimum gain 0.8 with accuracy values at gain ratio 64.67% and gini index 60.67%. Then the minimum size of split 12, the minimum leaf size 6 and the minimum gain of 0.16 with the value of accuracy at the gain ratio of 86.00% and the index of 68.00%. While the minimum size of split 48, the minimum leaf size 24 and the minimum gain of 0.64 with the value of accuracy at the gain ratio of 95.33% and the index value of 72.00%. Then the Gain ratio which produces the highest accuracy value compared to the gini index.
This study aims to provide information to the public about village funds that are applied to an online information system, in order to realize accountability and transparency of the budget of funds in the village. The procedure used is a descriptive qualitative research procedure and uses research information methods by observation, interviews, and documentation. The place of research to be conducted is in the village of Klambir Lima Gardens which is one of the villages located in the expanse of silver sub-district, Deli Serdang district, Medan city, North Sumatra. In line with the growth of people's expertise in development and the reduction of central government intervention in the region, so that development should be shown to change people's lives for the better. the type of project to be managed and the distribution of village fund allocations received by the village government to be used for operational costs for the administration of the village government, with the existence of an information system that can provide information about activities in the village and the form of village funds in the village of klambir lima gardens
Today's school bell technology has been transformed into an electricity-based school bell. An electric school bell is a technology that replaces school bells by hitting them to become a button based school bell to ring it. The purpose of this study is to build an automatic school bell scheduling system that is integrated with the ATMega328P microcontroller as a data processor, RTC (Real Time Clock) as a timer, Bluetooth as a liaison to smartphones to change subject schedules, and PAM8403 as a sound amplifier applicator that is connected to DFPlayer and Speaker. The system circuit is built using the microcontroller module ATMega328P, RTC DS3231 (Real Time Clock), Bluetooth HC05, DFPlayer, PAM8403. This research resulted in an automatic school bell scheduling system based on RTC using a microcontroller ATMega328P
Academic information system is one of the systems used in managing academic data that is applied in computer technology. This research aims to develop Yapim Taruna Marelan High School / Junior High School with a web-based academic information system, because it is related to those in Yapim Junior High School Maruna still using a manual-based academic system. High School / Junior High School Yapim Taruna Marelan, then formulates the problems that exist in this school, merging data, doing system design, and the final implementation program. The benefit of this research is to provide convenience from the school in processing data, both school data, teachers, students and others, academic information systems can provide facilities for schools, teachers and school citizens in accessing information about the school, and can be used as a media for delivering more effective and efficient information that can be accessed anywhere and anytime online, both for schools, students and the community.
