The primary objective of this study is to determine the impact of the sub-dimensions of source credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise), and its secondary objective is to investigate the mediating role of parasocial interaction the effect of the sub-dimensions of source credibility on travel intention. The study was conducted with data obtained from 379 participants and the response rate was found to be 88%. The validity and credibility of the constructs were tested through confirmatory factor analysis, while its hypotheses were tested using path analysis. It was found, as a result of the study, that the trustworthiness and expertise sub-dimensions of source credibility significantly impacted travel intention and played a significant mediating role between the trustworthiness and expertise sub-dimensions of parasocial interaction and travel intention. It is thought that the mediating role of parasocial interaction, which was not previously available in the literature, will make an important contribution to the researchers working on tourism-related marketing research in understanding the travel intention.

It is of great importance that individuals with an entrepreneurial potential are actively involved in their business areas in order to grow, accelerate and sustain the economic development of an country. Education is one of the most important elements in bringing out entrepreneurship potential. University students are made up of individuals who have the promised entrepreneurial potential. The process of university students becoming entrepreneurs starts when they decide to become entrepreneurs. In order to encourage entrepreneurship, students need to understand how entrepreneurship decisions are made by uncovering factors that affect entrepreneurship. Students should encourage entrepreneurship with this training and entrepreneurial candidates for the future should be encouraged. In this study, it was tried to investigate the demographic characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions of university students. Personal and contextual factors such as achievement needs, locus of control, perceived support, perceived barrier, and attitudes toward entrepreneurship, perceived behavioral control, and personal norms on entrepreneurial intentions were examined through a proposed Structural Equation Model (SEM). As a result, increasing entrepreneurship training for entrepreneur candidates, directing them towards business life, more government support and economic inadequacy, and encouragement of the individuals were considered important findings.

The aim of this study was to adapt the Turkish version of the Experiences in Close Relationships–Relationship Structures Questionnaire in a sample of Turkey. Study I was conducted to prove the reliability and validity of the results obtained as a result of the adaptation of the Experiences in Close Relationships–Relationship Structures (ECR-RS) Questionnaire to Turkish culture. The study showed that the Experiences in Close Relationships–Relationship Structures Questionnaire and its subscales were reliable and valid. The study showed that the ECR-RS subscales correlated with the Relationship Questionnaire, the Relationship Styles Questionnaire, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Subscale, the Sociotropy-Autonomy Scale, the Contact with parents and the Relationship experience, denoting content validity of the Experiences in Close Relationships–Relationship Structures Questionnaire. According to the research results, the Experiences in Close Relationships–Relationship Structures Questionnaire are a reliable and valid measurement tool that can be used for the purpose of evaluating attachment representation in Turkish culture. In addition, this study provides attachment researchers with a basis for reviewing the assumption that dimensional models overlap with categorical models. It is suggested that The Experiences in Close Relationships-Relationship Structures Questionnaire be adapted to different relationship structures (e.g., therapist, god, ideological groups), retested on different age groups and its relationship with personality traits and psychological problems be investigated.

Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümü, firmalardaki her birim ve bileşenin birbirlerine entegre olmasını gerektirmektedir. Dönüşüm sürecinin daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi ve firmaların Endüstri 4.0 teknolojisindeki mevcut durumlarının incelenmesi amacıyla pek çok olgunluk ve yatkınlık modelleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada amaç, Manisa ve İzmir Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinde faaliyet gösteren orta ve büyük ölçekli firmaların Endüstri 4.0 yatkınlık düzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve yatkınlık düzeylerini etkileyen faktörlerin Sıralı Logit model ile incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla IMPULS Endüstri 4.0 Yatkınlık Modeli kapsamında elde edilen sonuçlara göre, firmaların önemli bir bölümünün daha çok 2. ve 3. seviyede bulundukları ve büyük ölçekli firmaların daha yüksek yatkınlık düzeyine sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte, Sıralı Logit model sonucuna göre Endüstri 4.0 yatkınlığını belirleyen en önemli değişkenin firmanın Endüstri 4.0 teknolojisini kullanma eğilimini gösteren Niyet olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.Industry 4.0 transformation requires each unit and component in firms to be integrated with each other. Many maturity and readiness models have been developed in order to examine the current status of firms in Industry 4.0 technology and to better understand the process of transformation. The aim of this study is to determine the readiness levels of medium and large-scale firms operating in Manisa and Izmir Organized Industrial Zones for Industry 4.0 and to examine the factors affecting the readiness levels of firms with the Ordered Logit model. For this purpose, according to the results obtained within the scope of IMPULS Industry 4.0 Readiness Model, it has been observed that a significant part of the firms is mostly at the 2 nd and 3 rd level and largescale firms have a higher level of readiness. However, according to the result of the Ordered Logit model, it has been revealed that the most important variable determining the level of readiness for Industry 4.0 is Intention, which indicates the tendency of the firms to use Industry 4.0 technology.
