Palavras chave: Novas técnicas, pino intramedular, forças Bone fracture osteosynthesis using the intramedullary pin associated clamp technique in normograde position: Case reportABSTRACT. Long-bone fractures resulting from automobile accidents are commonly occurring conditions in the veterinary medical practice of small animals. New techniques in tests are being used to meet and adapt to orthopedic veterinary traumatology. In this clinical case will be approached the clinical aspects of the patient, the surgical resolution methodology, the anesthetic protocol and the postoperative recommendations for traumatic orthopedic disorders. The purpose of this report was to present a case where the intramedullary pin technique associated with clamp in a normograd position was applied. The technique was satisfactory in neutralizing forces acting on the femur in an oblique spiral fracture, the patient evolved well without complications.
Feline lower tract syndrome occurs due to several factors, it is very common in the veterinary emergency clinic, for this reason it is important for the veterinarian to know how to recognize and reverse the patient's azotemic and electrolyte imbalance. The objective of this report is to show the importance of clinical staging of patients with uremic syndrome, appropriate steps for coagulum reversal and cystitis in the affected patient, staging of uremic syndrome and to probe with Foley probe and urethrostomy. Procedures that were essential for the recovery of the patient.
