The increase in the unemployment rate in Banyuwangi Regency is caused by a lack of job opportunities. So that entrepreneurship is the best choice in overcoming the lack of jobs. This study intends to examine the effect of the entrepreneurial ecosystem on students' entrepreneurial intentions both directly and indirectly with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. This research is included in the type of quantitative research using an explanatory research approach. Data was collected through an online questionnaire survey using a Google form which was distributed to Darussalam Blokagung students. The hypothesized relationship was tested with data collected from 259 respondents with a sampling technique using the Isaac and Michael formula. The Analysis Tool uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study prove that the entrepreneurial ecosystem influences students' self-efficacy positively and significantly. Entrepreneurial ecosystem and partial self-efficacy have a direct effect with a significant positive direction on entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, this study found that self-efficacy has a mediating effect in a significant positive way between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and entrepreneurial intentions. The findings of this study have several practical implications for the management of the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School in entrepreneurship education. This study also contributes to the emerging literature on the entrepreneurial ecosystem, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.
This study tries to comprehend how positive emotions in Muslim fashion products act as a mediator between the impression of Islamic promotion and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying. This research focuses on Generation Z consumers in Banyuwangi Regency who have shopped at e-commerce. Explanatory research using a quantitative methodology is this kind of research. With a total of 100 respondents, the slovin approach, a purposive sample technique, was utilized as the sampling method. An online survey with a Likert scale of 1-4 was used as the data source. The analysis method includes using SPSS for assumptions test, determinant coefficient, path analysis, and testing hypotheses. The findings of this study demonstrated that the direct influence between Islamic promotion and hedonic shopping motivation had a substantial impact on positive emotions. Islamic promotion, hedonic shopping motivation, and positive emotions have a substantial impact on impulsive buying. Positive emotions mediated the impact of Islamic promotion on impulsive buying, but diverse positive emotion outcomes are unable to mediate the relationship between hedonistic shopping motivation and impulsive buying.
The purpose of this study is: to partially and simultaneously influence the influence of Islamic Entrepreneurship Motivation and Attitudes simultaneously on Entrepreneurial Interest in Members of HIPMI PT IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi. This type of research is explanatory research and uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used multiple regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study are that there is an influence between Islamic Motivation and Entrepreneurial Attitudes partially on Entrepreneurial Interest in Members of HIPMI PT IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi with a tcount of 2,376 and 3,934 greater than the ttable value of 2,034. And there is an influence between Islamic Motivation and Entrepreneurial Attitudes simultaneously or jointly on Entrepreneurial Interest in Members of HIPMI PT IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi with a Fcount value of 19.464 greater than Ftable of 3.30. it can be concluded that there is an influence between Motivation and Islamic Entrepreneurial Attitudes partially and simultaneously on the Entrepreneurial Interest in Members of HIPMI PT IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi.
