Sleep quality is a measure where a person finds it easy to start sleeping, is able to maintain sleep quality and feels relaxed after waking from sleep. Sleep quality affects overall health and quality of life. The quality of a mother's sleep during pregnancy is heavily influenced by the physical and psychological changes she experiences. (Delaune & Ladner, 2011). Efforts that can be made to overcome sleep difficulties in pregnant women include doing light exercise that is safe for pregnant women, hypnotherapy, providing health education on how to maintain sleep quality and relaxation exercises. One of the sports that pregnant women can do is Pilates (Hegard, 2010). The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effectiveness of Pilates exercise on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women. The research design used was a quasi-experimental, in the form of one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study were pregnant women in the third trimester at Clinic Pratama Bunda Patimah as many 30 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by consecutive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The PSQI is an effective instrument used to measure sleep quality and sleep patterns in adults. The results of the analysis using the bivariate Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained a significance value of p value = 0.00 (p value <0.05). This means that there are differences in the quality of sleep of pregnant women before and after pilates exercise at Clinic Pratama Bunda Patimah, so that there is an influence of pilates exercise on the quality of sleep of pregnant women in the third trimester at Clinic Pratama Bunda Patimah.

Keywords: Pilates Exercise, Sleep Quality, Pregnant Women, Third Trimester

Backgrounds:Kangaroo Mother Care is one of the methods used for babies with low birth weight, especially those with birth weight < 2000 grams. This study has been approved by the Health Research Ethics Committee from Prima Indonesia University. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Results:The result of the study showed that there was a difference in the mean Rooting – Sucking Reflex on Low Birth Weight for the pre-test of the intervention group and the post-test of the intervention group (P value = <0.001). In the control group, a P value of 0.001 was obtained, which means that there was a difference in the average Rooting – Sucking Reflex on Low Birth Weight infant for the pre-test of the control group and the post-test of the control group (P value = 0.001). Conclusion: Kangaroo Mother Care has effectiveness against Rooting – Sucking Reflex on Low Birth Weight infant.
Umbilical cord that is not cared for properly can cause infection of the umbilical cord. The umbilical cord usually sheds 1 week after birth and the wound heals within 15 days. Wounds that have not healed are a pathway for germs to enter which result in infection, which can quickly lead to sepsis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of topical breast milk treatment of the umbilical cord on the length of time for the release of the umbilical cord in newborns. This type of research uses a quasy experimental research design with a control group design. This research was conducted at the Yusniar Pangkalan Berandan Clinic. This research was conducted in August 2022. The population in this study were all newborns born at the Yusniar Clinic. The sample in this study were all newborns born in August - September 2022. The subject-taking technique used a total sampling of 40 people. Subjects were divided into two groups, an intervention group and a control group, each of which consisted of 20 people. The intervention group was given treatment with umbilical cord care using topical breast milk while the control group was treated with dry gauze. Then measurements are taken when the umbilical cord is released, quickly if it is released within 1-7 days and normal if it is released within 8-14 days. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection is assisted by enumerators. Data analysis with the Wilcoxon rank test. The results of the study were obtained based on the duration of the release of the umbilical cord with topical ASI, the majority of normal umbilical cord discharge were 16 people (80%), and the minority of slow cord discharge was 1 respondent (5%). Based on the duration of the release of the umbilical cord with dry gauze, the majority of the release of the umbilical cord were slow, as many as 16 people (80%), and the minority of normal umbilical cord discharge were 4 respondents (20%). Based on the Mann Whitney test, the results obtained were a p value of 0.000. Treatment of the umbilical cord with topical breast milk was effective for the duration of the release of the umbilical cord in newborns. Umbilical cord care with topical breast milk is effective for the duration of umbilical cord discharge in newborns.
Babies born with low weight have a risk of experiencing hypothermia and this case often occurs characterized by the condition of the baby's body temperature being below normal due to lack of heat production due to imperfect circulation. Babies who experience hypothermia are very easy to fall ill and even die, to avoid this, the warmth and stability of the baby's body temperature must be considered. Hypothermic baby blanket is a product design in the form of clothes that wrap the baby's body to protect the baby's body so that the baby's body remains warm and prevent hypothermia from occurring.
Immunization that is injected into the baby's body can cause pain or pain in the baby. The pain experienced by infants during immunization is an emotional experience that makes the baby uncomfortable because of the damage to the tissues in the baby's body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the 5'S method (Swaddling, Side/Stomach Position, Sushi, Swinging and Sucking) on reducing pain in infants after basic immunization injections. This research method uses a quasi-experimental, using a research design of One Group Pre-test and Post-test without a control group. The sample used in this study was the entire population (total sampling), namely mothers who came for immunization in November as many as 33 babies. The statistical test used in this study using the Wilcoxon test, used to see the effect between two variables with a 95% confidence degree. The results of this study were the response to pain in infants after basic immunization injections before the 5'S method was carried out, the majority experienced severe pain. There was a decrease in pain in infants after basic immunization after the 5'S method the majority experienced moderate pain. The conclusion that the 5'S method is effective in reducing the pain response of infants aged 0-4 months when immunization injection is performed is based on the concept that 4 months after birth, the baby is not fully ready to be outside the womb, the baby longs for a comfortable sensation like being in the womb. Suggestions for the Puskesmas are that it is hoped that the results of this study can be taken into consideration in making SOPs (Standard Operatinal Procedures) in calming babies and can socialize to mothers, that 5'S actions are very beneficial for babies and explain the negative effects of pain and crying that are not treated immediately.

Keywords: 5’s, painful, immunization
