Process industry such as the petrochemical industry is a kind of industry where the production performance depends on production equipment and assets. Thus, preventive maintenance becomes a very important way to achieve sustainable production in the process industry. The effectiveness, efficiency, reliability and maintenance of the equipment are vital for the uninterrupted, continuous and efficient operation. Turnaround maintenance (TAM) plays the most important role of preventive maintenance activities because it is an essential activity of maintenance in the process industry to improve the availability and reliability of the assets includes plant facilities, equipment and machinery. This study evaluates the effect of Turnaround Maintenance on the condition of the assets in the process industry using the statistical method. The significant variables used to analyze the effect of TAM are Plant Availability and Downtime Loss. The result shows that the correlation value between TAM occurrences with the increasing of availability is 0, 315 and with the increasing of downtime loss is -0, 818. The correlation value proves that TAM have a significant effect to increase the availability of the plant and to decrease the downtime loss in the real process industry practice.
ABSTRAKPengelolaan data dan informasi publik oleh lembaga pemerintah sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis internet dapat memberikan informasi tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu. Berbagai layanan publik dapat diakses oleh masyarakat melalui website maupun sosial media. Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Yogyakarta (BPMP) sebagai salah satu entitas publik hadir di tengah masyarakat untuk memberikan layanan informasi pendidikan melalui website dan sosial media. Peningkatan layanan publik yang berkualitas menjadi salah satu prioritas penting untuk menjaga performa layanan yang semakin baik. BPMP Yogyakarta melalui fungsi PMPSI (Pemetaan Mutu dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi) bermitra dengan IST AKPRIND menyelenggarakan pelatihan untuk aparatur pengelola website dan sosial media pada selasa 11 Oktober 2022 di Ruang Rapat 2 BPMP DIY. Kegiatan Bimtek Pengelolaan Data dan Informasi dengan tema Pengelolaan Website dan Sosial Media tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur dalam pengelolaan informasi publik. Materi pelatihan tentang pengelolaan website pemerintah, dan pengelolaan media sosial diikuti dengan praktek langsung oleh 25 peserta. Hasil pelatihan secara umum menunjukkan bahwa peserta puas terhadap hasil pelatihan dan pelatihan sudah sesuai dengan harapan peserta. Adanya kerjasama antara BPMP dengan dosen dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas lembaga pemerintah, khususnya BPMP dalam memberikan keberlanjutan layanan informasi yang valid pada masyarakat. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu peningkatan kemampuan dari pengelola website dan sosial media BPMP dalam menyediakan konten yang lebih menarik dan terupdate untuk masyarakat. Internet-based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can provide information without being limited by space and time. The public can access services through websites and social media. Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BPMP) is a public community that provides educational information through websites and social media. Improving the quality of public services is one of the priorities to maintain better service performance. BPMP with PMPSI (Pemetaan Mutu dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi) function in collaboration with the IST AKPRIND held training for website and social media management officials on Tuesday, 11 October 2022, in Meeting Room 2 BPMP DIY. The Bimtek of Data and Information Management with the theme of Website and Social Media Management aims to improve the competence of the apparatus in managing public information. The training materials consist of managing the website and social media followed by hands-on practice by the 25 participants. The results generally show that the participants are satisfied with the training results, and the training is in line with the expectations of the participants. The collaboration between BPMP and lecturers in this public service activity can increase the capacity of government institutions, especially BPMP, to provide sustainable and valid information services to society. The result of this community service is an increase in the ability of the BPMP website and social media managers to provide more attractive and updated content for the community. The process industry needs an optimal preventive maintenance strategy because the even breakdown of one machine can cause an unexpected shutdown for the whole production process. The case study company (CSC), one of the fertilizer companies in Indonesia implements Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) as their preventive maintenance strategy to decrease downtime and increase the availability of the production plants. Eversince the RCM implementation started in 2007, there is no study to evaluate the RCM implementation. Relations between the two parameters (downtime loss and availability) are analyzed using the Pearson correlation test as a statistical method to evaluate the RCM implementation. The results of the analysis show that the R-value of downtime loss and availability of K-3 Ammonia and Urea plants are increased, while the R-value of K-4 Ammonia and Urea Plants are decreased. The RCM implemented in K-4 plants should be evaluated respectively, because the decreasing of the correlation means the RCM implementation on the plant still has not met its propose and there are stills hidden factors that affect the availability and downtime loss of the plant, regardless the RCM implementation.
Untuk dapat bertahan di era industri 4.0 dan masa pandemi, sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) harus kreatif dan go online yaitu menggunakan teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya terutama pemasaran. Pemasaran dapat dilakukan melalui media sosial seperti Whatsapp, Facebook dan Instagram. Dengan demikian, diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik dengan memanfaatkan media sosial agar jangkauannya lebih luas dan mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah. Pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk fokus pada strategi pemasaran melalui marketplace di Facebook. Dipilihnya Facebook karena pengguna Facebook merupakan pengguna media sosial terbanyak. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah Palaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam OK OCE Yogyakarta. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktik langsung menggunakan gadget masing-masing. Untuk peserta yang belum memiliki akun facebook, peserta dibimbing membuat facebook kemudian membuat iklan produk masing-masing di facebook marketplace. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, kemampuan pelaku UMKM OK OCE dalam melakukan promosi meningkat. Sebanyak 100% peserta menyatakan akan melakukan promosi melalui facebook marketplace.
