<p align="center"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">ABSTRAK</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Multiple myeloma adalah suatu diskrasia sel plasma yang ditandai dengan lima tanda klinis yaitu anemia, protein monoclonal pada serum dan/atau urine, radiologi tulang dan nyeri tulang yang abnormal, hiperkalsemia serta insuffisiensi dan/atau gagal ginjal. Autoimmun hemolitik anemia (AIHA) adalah suatu keadaan dimana didapatkan adanya produksi antibodi langsung terhadap sel darah merah sehingga menyebabkan sel darah merah tersebut menjadi lisis. 6 Anemia yang berhubungan dengan myeloma dilaporkan meningkat karena gangguan maturasi seri eritroblastik yang memperpendek masa hidup eritrosit dan defisiensi iron berhubungan dengan massa tumor. Walaupun demikian, hal ini jarang sekali dilaporkan.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Dilaporkan serorang wanita 48 tahun yang mengalami perut kembung, mual, muntah sejak 2 bulan sebelum masuk RS. Dari pemeriksaan BMA didapatkan infiltrasi sel-sel plasma 20 % dengan kesan menunjukkan multiple myeloma dengan komplikasi AIHA, defisiensi besi dan eosinofillia. Dari pemeriksaan elektroforesa protein didapatkan gambaran suatu monoclonal gammopathy. Didapatkan pula Direct Antiglobulin Tes (DAT) dengan hasil +4. Hubungan terjadinya AIHA dengan adanya peningkatan protein M masih tidak dapat dijelaskan secara tepat demikian pula terjadinya sekunder eosinofillia pada pasien kami ini masih perlu adanya penelitian-penelitian yang lebih lanjut lagi. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Kata Kunci : Multiple Myeloma, Anemia Hemolitik Auto Immun (AIHA), Eosinofillia.</span></p>
