Objetivo: Analisar os desafios encontrados na realização da humanização no trabalho de parto. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. Por meio de descritores foram consultadas as bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature e PubMed. Utilizou-se como critérios de inclusão: estudos publicados entre 2017 até 2022, em Português e Inglês e que estivessem disponíveis gratuitamente. Resultado: totalizou-se 9 artigos, os quais reportaram que nas práticas de humanização relacionadas ao parto, os principais desafios encontrados vão desde o uso de tecnologias inadequadas e intervenções desnecessárias, com ênfase no tratamento desumanizado. Conclusão: Conclui-se que existe uma necessidade de melhoria do cuidado, além da valorização da assistência humanizada e a criação de protocolos de treinamento contendo novas estratégias e habilidades técnicas e científicas voltadas para a ampliação do conhecimento
A 3ª edição do Congresso Internacional de Estudantes e Profissionais da Saúde – DELTA SAÚDE, realizou-se de forma presencial no período de 04 a 06 de novembro de 2022, no Centro de Convenções do Hotel SESC Praia, Luis Correia, Piauí. O Delta Saúde 2022 trouxe como tema geral: “O pós-pandemia e os principais desafios da saúde global”; e as discussões foram norteadas pelos eixos centrais, a saber: a) Pandemia de COVID-19, b) Vigilância em Saúde, c) Saúde Pública e a Atenção Primária, d) Saúde Mental, e) Doenças Crônicas e Doenças Transmissíveis, f) Educação, Formação e Trabalho na Saúde, g) Inovação em Saúde, h) Eixos Transversais. O evento foi criado em 2017 e nesta edição alcançamos pelo menos 10 estados brasileiros em participação direta, palestrantes, convidados, além dos conferencistas internacionais on-line. Esta diversidade aliada a qualidade dos trabalhos apresentados, contribuiu de forma decisiva para o alcance dos objetivos do congresso que primam pela qualificação do ensino na saúde de acadêmicos e pósgraduandos, pelo fortalecimento das práticas profissionais nos serviços de saúde, e pelo incentivo à produção científica. A programação do evento foi composta por palestras nacionais e internacionais, mesas multidisciplinares, cursos livres, seminários, rodas de conversas, encontros e sessões de trabalhos com apresentações nas modalidades: Comunicações Orais e Pôsteres; e com publicação das pesquisas científicas nos Anais do congresso. O evento contou com 692 inscritos, e destes 42 foram palestrantes que abrilhantaram a programação do congresso. Recebemos 746 resumos para avaliação, e foram apresentados presencialmente 536 trabalhos, sendo 42 premiados com menção honrosa. O evento foi idealizado pela Sociedade Delta Científica e SBCSaúde, teve o apoio do SESC-PI e da Doity, além do apoio científico da FIOCRUZ Piauí, da Editora Pasteur, dos núcleos de pesquisa NUPCelt/UFPI, NAPsiTO/UFPI/UFDPar e NPPM/UFPI; e dos programas de residência multiprofissional RMSFC/UESPI e PRMSF/UFPI/UFDPar. O evento também contou com a parceria de empresas patrocinadoras e expositoras, que tiveram da Comissão Organizadora reciprocidade em suas demandas, a saber: Instituto UniEducacional, WM Saúde e The Nutri Store/PACCO.
A assistência no processo parturitivo necessita de uma criteriosa avaliação para que seja realizada de forma segura e eficaz. Atualmente a ferramenta recomendada para este fim é o partograma. Um instrumento que possibilita a representação gráfica do trabalho de parto. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o uso do partograma por profissionais que atuam no centro obstétrico de uma maternidade pública. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva exploratória, documental, com abordagem quantitativa, cujo objeto de investigação foi o partograma. Após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão o cálculo amostral resultou em 345 partogramas. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de um instrumento elaborado pelos pesquisadores de modo a alcançar os objetivos propostos. Entre os 345 prontuários analisados, 94,5% tinham o partograma presente no prontuário. Dentre os que contavam com a presença da ferramenta, somente 36,3% estavam preenchidos, porém o percentual de preenchimento completo foi de 21,2% e o de preenchimento correto foi de 44,9%. Portanto, observou-se que a frequência de utilização do partograma na instituição em que foram coletados os dados é baixa, e quando utilizado não atendeu ao propósito de monitorização do trabalho de parto na maioria dos casos, já que a maioria foi preenchido incompletamente.Palavras-chave: trabalho de parto, parto, monitoramento, assistência.
Objetivo: Relatar a confecção de um instrumento educativo ser utilizado na alta segura e orientada da Enfermagem às puérperas de um Alojamento Conjunto. Metodologia: Para tanto, elaborou-se um plano de intervenção na realidade, que segue as etapas do Arco de Problematização de Maguerez, desenvolvido em cinco etapas: observação da realidade; pontos-chave; teorização; hipóteses de solução; e aplicação à realidade. Resultado e discussão: A intervenção será realizada em um alojamento conjunto de uma maternidade escola maranhense, o público-alvo serão as puérperas internadas nesse setor, que durante o momento da alta hospitalar receberão orientações e um folder educativo contendo informações essenciais para a continuação do cuidado pós-parto no ambiente domiciliar, atividade que terá apoio dos residentes de Enfermagem Obstétrica durante suas práticas. Considerações finais: Diante o exposto, o plano de intervenção de alta segura e responsável no alojamento conjunto possibilitou refletir acerca da importância das orientações no pós-parto, bem como na responsabilidade da atuação da Enfermagem neste procedimento.
