RESUMOObjetivos: Analisar o perfil epidemiológico da hanseníase no Brasil entre 2010 e 2019, avaliando se os dados corroboram com as metas estipuladas para a erradicação da doença. Métodos: A partir do Boletim Epidemiológico -Secretaria de Vigilância em Saúde, foram avaliados nas regiões do Brasil e Unidades da Federação os indicadores: detecção geral, números de novos casos em menores de quinze anos, taxas de diagnósticos de hanseníase multibacilar, cura e incapacidade física grau 2 (GIF 2). Resultados: No período do estudo, houve decréscimo da taxa de detecção geral de novos casos em todas as regiões. Entretanto, o percentual de cura entre 2012 e 2018 apresentou queda de 85,9% para 79,4% respectivamente, além do incremento de casos multibacilares de 59,1% para 78,4% de 2010 a 2019 e novos diagnósticos de GIF 2 em algumas regiões. Conclusão: A partir das análises dos dados do Boletim Epidemiológico observa-se que há necessidade de reiteração de campanhas com orientações sobre identificação e prevenção da transmissão e evolução da hanseníase. Assim, faz-se necessário garantir buscas ativas e contínuas com a finalidade de potencializar a detecção e tratamento precoce, bem como fortalecer a vigilância da resistência antimicrobiana, evitando a manutenção da cadeia de transmissão dessa patologia.
Introdução: Pancreas Divisum é uma anomalia anatômica do ducto pancreático em que a maioria do suco pancreático passa pela papila menor e a minoria pela papila maior. Relato de caso: Paciente com 54 anos com Pâncreas Divisumque obteve diagnóstico de pâncreas divisum ocasionalmente durante investigação para elucidação de enzimas hepáticas alteradas e dispepsia. Discussão: Pâncreas Divisum é uma entidade pouco abordada devido à falta de sintomatologia na maioria dos casos, mas há indícios mais recentes que apontam que essa entidade poderia estar relacionada com a maior incidência de outras patologias como pancreatites e tumor pancreático. Conclusão: Por ser uma doença rara e assintomática e, pela possibilidade de evoluir com complicações, deve-se pensar preemptivamente no intuito de prever diagnósticos mais precoces para que se possa intervir em casos de necessidade e evitar desfechos desfavoráveis.
