This empirical research aimed to determine the organizational learning influence extent on the organizational core competencies and diversification strategy in improving the private university organizations performance in the East Nusa Tenggara province. This study was conducted in stages in order to determine the partial effect of organizational learning on the organization's core competencies, diversification strategies and organizational performance. The aforementioned aspect contributes to further studies in the strategy management. It concerns the effect of organizational learning on core competencies, diversification strategies and organizational performance, especially in organizing private universities. Previous research was reviewed to aid variables and hypothesis development. The variables used in the research are organizational learning, organizational core competencies, diversification strategies and work performance. The following stages were conducted through the course of the research: browsing articles, separating articles, extracting data, synthesizing data, reporting data. Data analysis method used path analysis. The approach used is quantitative positivists. The populations in this study were all private universities in the scope of Region VIII LLDIKTI Bali and Nusa Tenggara, focusing in East Nusa Tenggara. The sample were university and college in East Nusa Tenggara province: 40 PTS (High Education Institutions) consisting of 12 universities and 28 college. This study focused on the phenomenon occurred in NTT province higher education. The higher education organization management has not been well standardized. It exhibited low quality organizational competency, educational qualifications, lecturer competencies, facilities and infrastructure. Offered study programs are not in accordance with the regional condition. The graduate's competence does not suit the regional need. The local governments do not focus its effort in higher education. Regardless of this obstacle, the community keeps sending their children to higher education institutions. This is indicated by increased number of universities in NTT and high-interest rate in entering higher education. This condition encourages researchers to determine the phenomenon's crucial aspects. This research aim to illustrate how organizational learning, core organization competencies and diversification strategies need to be developed in improving private university institutions performance in NTT province.
This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on:1) Customer Purchase Decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 2) Purchasing Intention at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 3)Buying Interest on Customer Purchasing Decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende, and 4)Promotion on Customer Decisions mediated by Buying Interest at Roxy Swalayan Ende. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. the samples in this study were customers who shop at Roxy Swalayan Ende amounting to 50 people. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis performed using Path Analysis. The data were collected using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Path analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1)promotion has positive and significance influence on Customer Purchase Decisions with a beta Value of 0,469, 2) promotion has positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Roxy Swalayan with beta value of 0,582, 3)purchase intention has positive and significant influence on Customer purchasing decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende with beta value of 0,438, 4) promotion has positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest has a beta value of 0,254
Empirically, this paper is expected to see the extent of the development of organizational learning models in the Development of Private Higher Education in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara Province by including the dimensions of the organization's core competencies, and organizational performance in previous strategy research. With the stages of model development which can be seen the contribution and contribution of each previous research to the research carried out mainly in building research hypotheses. In this paper we also want to look gradually at how to understand the partial effect of organizational learning on the organization's core competencies, on diversification strategies and organizational performance. And how all the aspects examined above contribute to further studies in the field of strategy management concerning the effect of organizational learning on core competencies, diversification strategies and organizational performance. The design of this research is mostly done on companies in the field of services in general and some research on higher education organizations. Looking at / reviewing all the studies that have been done by previous researchers whose variables are used as the basis for building and developing hypotheses in this paper, namely, the influence between organizational learning, organizational core competencies and performance. With the following stages begin with searching, separating articles, extracting data, synthesizing data, reporting data. The main contribution in this research is to illustrate that how the construct of organizational learning needs to be developed in improving the organization's core competencies, which in the end is expected to improve the performance of private higher education organizations in NTT Province.
This study aims to determine the satisfaction index of the people of Ende city in service at the PDAM Ende office. The approach in research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The population used in this study was 14,624. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. The sample in this study was 180 respondents. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS program tools. The results in this study are the average value of the public satisfaction index in the PDAM Tirta Kelimutu Ende office service of 2,975 and is categorized as good. Meanwhile, the confection value of IKM from services at the PDAM Tirta Kelimutu office in Ende Regency was 74,375. This shows that overall the IKM indicators can be met. Because the value is massuk in the category of good.

The result of this study is that average value of the public statisfaction index in PDAM Tirta Kelimutu Ende office services is 2,975 and is categorized as good. Meanwhile, the IKM confection value from services at the PDAM Tirta Kelimutu Office, Ende Regency, was 74,375. The shows that overall the IKM indicator can akready be met because its value falls into the good category.
