O objetivo da pesquisa foi elaborar e validar uma escala de estressores ocupacionais para funcionários da linha de produção, realizando a validação de conteúdo, validação de construto, validação convergente e avaliar a precisão. Foram participantes da pesquisa 214 funcionários que atuam em linha de produção de diversas empresas da região do Alto do Tiête. A amostra foi dividida em três grupos, sendo o G1 composto de 10 funcionários para o estudo piloto, o G2 composto pelos 214 funcionários para a validação da escala e o G3 composto por 40 funcionários que realizaram o re-teste. Os materiais utilizados foram uma lista com 41 estressores na versão inicial da escala, a escala de estressores ocupacionais com 36 itens já com o estudo piloto realizado, o Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) para a validade convergente e o Inventário de Sintomas de Stress Lipp (ISSL), além dos termos de consentimentos e autorizações para que se fizesse necessário. Os resultados demonstraram correlações altas e positivas na precisão da escala (p < 0,01), validade convergente (p < 0,01) e indicou a validade de critério concorrente (p < 0,01 e p < 0,005). Em relação à normatização, os resultados evidenciaram que não foram encontradas diferenças significantes entre idade e nível de escolaridade com os escores da escala de estressores. Conclui-se que a escala de estressores ocupacionais de linha de produção, apresentou um alto coeficiente de precisão, consistência interna e estabilidade temporal.Palavras-chave: saúde pública, estresse ocupacional e propriedades psicométricas.

Este estudo teve como objetivo verificar a prevalência de lesões no judô de alto rendimento do Programa de Treinamento Olímpico. Participaram deste estudo 39 atletas com idade entre 15 e 24 anos, idade média de 17,5 anos. Foi aplicado um questionário elaborado pelos autores, com 12 questões, sendo 8 fechadas, 2 mistas e 2 escalas. Os resultados demonstraram que 28,9% do total de lesões foram em ombro, 23,7% em tornozelo e 22,7% em joelho (χ2o = 22,02, χ2c = 9,49). Também foi observado que no ombro houve prevalência de 71,4% das luxações (χ2o = 22,0, χ2c = 9,49), seguido por tornozelo com 47,8% das entorses (χ2o = 45,06, χ2c = 7,82) e joelho com 42,9% das rupturas ligamentares (χ2o = 22,45, χ2c = 7,82). Concluiu-se que a região do corpo mais acometida por lesão foi o ombro, sendo que a luxação foi a lesão mais comum para essa região e a contusão foi a lesão mais freqüente nos atletas estudados.Palavras-chave: artes marciais, traumatismo em atletas, fisioterapia esportiva, lesões no esporte.
RESUMOO futebol é um dos esportes que mais possuem incidências de lesões. A pesquisa teve como objetivo verificar a incidência de lesões em atletas no clube "Associação Portuguesa de Desportos" da série A2 durante o campeonato paulista, dentre os objetivos específicos foram de avaliar os principais índices e diagnósticos de lesões ocorridas, analisar incidência de lesão por posição dentro de campo e avaliar tempo de afastamento gerado por tais. Foi realizada uma análise de prontuários do setor de fisioterapia do clube durante o campeonato paulista A2. Os principais resultados foram 93.5% de lesões em membros inferiores, sendo 87% lesões musculares da coxa, joelho 12.9%, tornozelo e posteriores de perna 9.6%, dessas lesões 32% foram de lesões recorrentes e 68% nova lesão. Conclui-se que a incidência de lesão foi alta levando em consideração somente um campeonato de uma equipe.
