O município de Soure, localizado na região Nordeste da ilha do Marajó, o qual é objeto de estudo deste trabalho, possui zona costeira condicionada a grandes mudanças do ponto de vista morfológico. Um fator importante que influência a dinâmica costeira de Soure é a presença das duas maiores desembocaduras do golfão marajoara, adesembocadura do rio Amazonas (a Oeste e Norte) e a desembocadura da baía de Marajó (a Leste). Diante do exposto o objetivo do trabalho é analisar a dinâmica da vegetação demangue ao longo de 48 anos (1972-2020) sobre as imagens de dos satélites do Programa LANDSAT, sendo divididos sua análise em: 1972-1985; 1985-1994; 1994-2004; 2004-2009; 2009-2020. Posteriormente, com identificação dos polígonos através daclassificação de imagens, foram quantificados, e elaborou-se produtos cartográficos. Os resultados da quantificação dos limites internos dos manguezais totalizam um crescimento de 64%, comparado os anos 48 anos de análise. Desta forma, os manguezais têm grande importância ecológica e social e, devem ter medidas prioritárias em sua conservação, e assim a ampliação das pesquisas nestes.Palavras-chave: Zona Costeira, Geoprocessamento, GIS, Manguezais.
Atualmente, um aspecto crucial para o gerenciamento de redes é o monitoramento de tráfego de rede, onde técnicas de Aprendizagem de Máquina (ML) têm sido usadas sobre esses dados a fim de realizar diversas tarefas, como por exemplo identificação de dispositivos IoT e detecção de anomalias de rede. Contudo, o acesso a informações sobre o tráfego de rede pode afetar a privacidade dos usuários, ferindo assim as leis de privacidade existentes. Dentro deste contexto, este artigo analisa o impacto da anonimização de tráfego de rede, para garantir privacidade, sobre essas soluções de identificação de dispositivos e detecção de anomalias, a partir de técnicas de seleção de características. Os experimentos realizados utilizaram um conjunto de dados real, onde os resultados mostram que, quando utilizadas as técnicas de seleção e ML combinadas, a anonimização do tráfego reduz a capacidade de identificação, preservando assim a privacidade dos usuários, enquanto que mantêm a capacidade de detecção de anomalias de rede.
A pandemia do COVID-19 trouxe consigo inúmeras mudanças, desde a economia até os comportamentos sociais. Esta realidade impactou diretamente no tráfego de rede das universidades, empresas, instituições, etc. Similarmente, o processo de predição de tráfego foi impactado também, visto que o comportamento da demanda elástica por recursos foi indiretamente afetado. Dentro deste contexto, este trabalho apresenta uma análise experimental sobre o comportamento do tráfego de rede, bem como a predição por demanda de recursos de conjuntos de dados reais no período Pré-Pandemia e durante a Pandemia. O resultado dos experimentos realizados sugerem que a identificação da estacionariedade dos dados é crucial para ajustar a série temporal analisada a fim de minimizarmos os erros de predição.
Serviços de monitoramento de rede são executados por diversas empresas e Provedores de Internet (ISPs), que fornecem resultados de testes regulares de desempenho, tais como vazão, perda, atraso, dentre outros. Estas medições auxiliam a conhecer o comportamento da rede, bem como obter informações para um planejamento estratégico. Contudo, estas ferramentas ainda precisam evoluir a fim de englobar atividades mais complexas, tal como predição do desempenho, principalmente dentro do contexto atual de demanda elástica. Dentro deste contexto, este artigo apresenta um modelo adaptativo de predição de desempenho de rede baseado em Redes Neurais e Análise de Séries Temporais, habilitando a identificação do desempenho futuro da rede em determinados períodos, de acordo com medições de rede passadas. Os experimentos realizados, usando dados reais da Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa (RNP), mostram que o modelo proposto consegue atingir altos níveis de acurácia na predição, bem como supera o uso dos modelos de predição existentes.
