Представлены прин-ципиальные схемы электробаромембранного разделения промывных вод электро-химического синтеза альтакса (2,2'-дибензтиазолил-дисульфид) на примере трех-секционной и рециркуляционной установок с охлаждением и без, при использо-вании мембранных аппаратов с одной полупроницаемой поверхностью. Предло-жены принципиальные схемы электробаромембранного разделения промышлен-ных растворов, содержащих растворенные неорганические вещества с принуди-тельным охлаждением и без, при использовании мембранных аппаратов с двумя полупроницаемыми мембранами. Разработаны принципиальные схемы электро-баромембранного разделения промышленных растворов и стоков, содержащих растворенные неорганические вещества, с принудительным охлаждением и без, на примере двухступенчатых схем обработки растворов для аппаратов с одной полупроницаемой поверхностью.Процессы мембранного разделения растворов используются во многих от-раслях промышленности: пищевой, металлургической, микробиологической, хи-мической и др. Их применение оправдано тем, что они позволяют при определен-ном конструктивном исполнении универсальных конструкций мембранных аппа-ратов проводить разделение, концентрирование и очистку технологических рас-творов и стоков [1 -3].Употребление перспективных конструкций электробаромембранных аппара-тов в технологических схемах очистки стоков, концентрирования растворов и промывных вод после стадий отмывки целевых продуктов обосновано возраста-нием объемов производства некоторых органических соединений, используемых в промышленности, так как они сочетают в себе достоинства мембранных и элек-тромембранных процессов, например, направленное выделение определенных компонентов из растворов и задержка при этом других [4 -6].На основе анализа данных, полученных в работе [7, 8], известно, что процесс электробаромембранного разделения промывных вод производства альтакса наи-
Аннотация: Рассмотрена модернизация имеющихся тех-нологических решений по очистке воды ВОС-300 с применени-ем разработанных мембранных аппаратов нового поколения, позволяющих интенсифицировать разделение и очистку воды на финишном этапе ее обработки.В настоящее время перед государством стоит острая задача переори-ентации отечественных производств с зарубежных промышленных систем очистки воды на отечественные, актуальным при этом является импорто-замещение иностранных комплектующих, используемых на станциях очи-стки сточных вод. Мембраны, применяемые в имеющихся на практике технологических решениях с конца 1990-х годов, как правило, -ино-странного производства (США, Южная Корея и т.д.) с соответствующим оформлением конструкций самих аппаратов, например, рулонного и плос-кокамерного типов. Иностранные мембранные аппараты имеют хорошие задерживающие и проницаемые характеристики, но в ближайшем буду-щем могут быть недоступны отечественной промышленности из-за эко-номических санкций.Данная проблема может решаться использованием в технологических решениях по очистке воды ВОС-300 проекта ОАО «ИК «НИИКВОВ», изготовителя «Завод коммунального оборудования», г.
