Для акушерів-гінекологів важливими є знання про вплив дефіциту маси тіла на перебіг вагітності, пологів і стан новонароджених. З метою вивчення акушерських і перинатальних ускладнень у жінок із дефіцитом маси тіла проаналізували перебіг вагітності та пологів у 41 жінки з дефіцитом маси тіла та 35 практично здорових вагітних із нормальною масою тіла. У жінок із дефіцитом маси тіла клінічний перебіг вагітності характеризується високою частотою загрози переривання вагітності, ранніх токсикозів, анемії вагітних, плацентарної дисфункції, затримки росту плода, патології кістково-зв'язкового апарату. У пологах частіше відбувається несвоєчасне відходження навколоплідних вод та аномалії пологової діяльності. Перинатальні наслідки характеризуються високою частотою затримки внутрішньоутробного розвитку новонародженого та народженням немовляти з низькою масою тіла. Визначені ускладнення під час вагітності та в пологах у жінок із дефіцитом маси тіла, а також їхній вплив на стан плода вказують на необхідність розроблення медичних заходів, що спрямовані на їхню корекцію. С целью изучения акушерских и перинатальных осложнений у женщин с дефицитом массы тела проанализированы течение беременности и родов у 41 женщины с дефицитом массы тела и 35 практически здоровых беременных с нормальной массой тела. У женщин с дефицитом массы тела течение беременности характеризуется высокой частотой угрозы прерывания беременности, ранних токсикозов, анемии беременных, плацентарной дисфункции, задержки роста плода, патологии костносвязочного аппарата. В родах чаще происходит несвоевременное излитие околоплодных вод и аномалии родовой деятельности. Перинатальные последствия характеризуются высокой частотой задержки внутриутробного развития новорождённого и рождением ребёнка с низкой массой тела. Выявленные осложнения во время беременности и в родах у женщин с дефицитом массы тела, а также их влияние на состояние плода указывают на необходимость разработки медицинских мероприятий, направленных на их коррекцию.
