Предлагается двухволновой метод калибровки солнечных фотометров с высо-кой точностью. В качестве функционального анализа рассматривается графоа-налитический метод диаграмм Лэнгли. Показано, что несмотря на симметрич-ность математического выражения закона Бугера -Бера относительно оптиче-ской воздушной массы и оптической толщины аэрозоля построение диаграммы Лэнгли с взаимной заменой этих параметров невозможно. Приведен алгоритм реализации метода. Суммарная солнечная радиация при среднем значении расстояния между Солнцем и Землей известна как "солнечная постоянная", однако спутниковые измерения, осуществлен-ные в 1980-90-х гг., показали очевидность изменения этой величины. До спутниковых из-мерений солнечная радиация оценивалась наземными радиометрами с помощью традицион-ного метода диаграмм Лэнгли. Развитие спутниковой измерительной техники привело, в свою очередь, к созданию более совершенных наземных сетей и систем атмосферных измере-ний, в частности сети AERONET. Подробное описание солнечных радиометров сети AERONET приведено в работе [1]. Автоматизированная сеть AERONET охватывает более 200 измери-тельных пунктов, распределенных по всему миру.Основным фактором ограничения точности наземных измерений солнечной радиации является изменение оптических свойств атмосферы.Остановимся коротко на методе Лэнгли и рассмотрим возможность введения альтерна-тивного метода, дуального методу Лэнгли.Метод Лэнгли базируется на законе Бугера -Бера, который в общем случае имеет сле-дующий вид:где 1 I -измеренная фотометром солнечная спектральная радиация на уровне Земли; 0 I -солнечная спектральная радиация на верхней границе атмосферы; m -оптическая воздуш-ная масса; -суммарная оптическая толщина атмосферы.Прологарифмировав обе части выражения (1), получим(2) Заметим, что уравнение (2) является основой метода диаграмм Лэнгли, в котором стро-ятся графики зависимости 1 ln ( ) I m при разных значениях . Величина 0 I определяется про-длением графиков влево до предельного значения 0 m . Рассмотрим, не останавливаясь на функциональных возможностях этого метода, вопрос о точности получаемых результатов. Из выражения (2) получим уравнение, позволяющее вы-числить погрешность определения солнечной постоянной по методу Лэнгли:
