Die Perfluordicarbonsäureanhydride (I) reagieren mit Hydrazin in Diäthyläther bei ‐30‐+25 ‐30bis +25°C zu den Diacylhydrazinen (II); eine Behandlung dieser Diacylverbindungen mit PCl5 bei 170‐200°C liefert bei Aufarbeitung der Reaktionsprodukte; mit Methanol die Bis‐[methoxycarbonylperfluoralkyl]‐oxadiazole (III).
Die Zusammensetzung der bei Reaktionen von Perfluorbernstein‐ oder aglutarsäureanhydrid mit Perfluoräthylen‐ oder ‐propylenoxid in Gegenwart von CsF in Diglyme bei 0°C entstehenden Gemische von Oxaperfluoralkandicarbonsäuredifluoriden wird F‐19‐NMR‐spektrometrisch untersucht.
