Project teams often fight to find a balance between the triple restrictions of money, scope, and schedule to deliver excellent products or services. The dual goal of realising benefits and satisfying the needs of stakeholders drives this conflict. It is possible that the climate and pace of the project will not be able to keep up with the increased demand for the deliverables, which will lead to burnout among project members and possibly attrition for the team. In this work, we analyse the factors that lead to project settings that are not sustainable and provide solutions to address the problem. The reading of 28 pieces of literature relating to project management in the information technology (IT), construction, energy, and health sectors is required to accomplish this goal. The results of the review are tabulated and mapped to the process groups and knowledge areas outlined in the 6th edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This is done based on the Project Management Institute (PMI). According to the findings, increasing focus on the Project Resource Management knowledge area, which interacts with the Planning and Executing process groups, is necessary for the development of an environment that is environmentally sustainable. Plan resource management, develop teams, and manage teams are three processes that are included in these categories and fall under the category of being particularly significant. The next most important area of expertise is project communication management, which is followed by project schedule management.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is now expanding and becoming more popular in most industries, which leads to vast growth in cloud computing. The architecture of IoT is integrated with cloud computing through web services. Recently, Dynamic Web Service Composition (DWSC) has been implemented to fulfill the IoT and business processes. In recent years, the number of cloud services has multiplied, resulting in cloud services providing similar services with similar functionality but varying in Quality of Services (QoS), for instance, on the response time of web services; however, existing methods are insufficient in solving large-scale repository issues. Bio-inspired algorithm methods have shown better performance in solving the large-scale service composition problems, unlike deterministic algorithms, which are restricted. Thus, an improved eagle strategy algorithm method is proposed to increase the performance that directly indicates an improvement in computation time in large-scale DWSC in a cloud-based platform and on both functional and non-functional attributes of services. By proposing the improved bio-inspired method, the computation time can be improved, especially in a large-scale repository of IoT.
The pandemic has created challenges in all sectors of the economy and education. Traditional teaching approaches seem futile in the new context, thus the need to constantly reinvent the delivery to meet the fast-paced changes in the education domain. Hence, Design Thinking (DT) is an alternative approach that might be useful in the given context. DT is known to be a human-centric approach to innovative problem-solving processes. DT could be employed in the delivery process to develop twenty-first-century skills and enhance creativity and innovation, in an attempt to identify alternative solutions. The study explores the role of design thinking (DT) mindset in innovative delivery among teachers. It enhances and facilitates innovative content delivery by leveraging creativity. The study targeted 131 teachers from primary and secondary schools in Malaysia. Data was collected through an online survey and was analyzed using SmartPLS to establish relationships between DT and Innovative Delivery in schools. The data was further analyzed to seek co-relations between the DT steps and the successful transformation of content delivery by teachers. The study established a framework for the application of design thinking for teachers as the primary support in developing activities for their students. The outcome of this study will help fill the gap towards creating an interesting method of delivery in schools and constantly innovating the method to suit the evolving generation. It provides an in-depth reason as to why students are not interested in the teacher's lessons which, in turn, affects their performance. This insight is crucial for the Ministry of Education and policymakers to enhance teachers’ ability to innovatively deliver content to students.

Adaptive and dynamic service composition are the main research challenges in Service-oriented Architecture (SOA). We are looking into improving the efficiency of dynamic composition and the methods on how to improve the discovery of web services. Currently the approaches which are available do not compose while checking for errors. In this paper, we will be composing web services using Multi Agent Methods (MAS) and Petri Net for error checking to improve the efficiency of the composition. We are implementing the composition engine using Business Process Model (BPM) to compose web services while MAS is used to locate web services. Proposed architecture is expected to produce a dynamic web service composition engine and improve reusability for Cloud-Based Mobile Application.
Predicting an event can comes as a huge advantage for a lot of people, especially if it involves profits that a company can make. In this paper, matters that were discussed were the algorithms used for the event prediction systems, the type of algorithms and the comparison between different types of algorithm. Two main categories that were compared was the single algorithm for the prediction model and hybrid algorithms which is a combination of two or more algorithms in the model. Hybrid algorithm shows signs of better efficiency when data used were complex and large but a smaller dataset is more suitable with a single algorithm as the base as it is easier to apply with satisfactory results.
There is a lot of support provided by the mobile OS giants in cloud services. Besides providing their own services, they encourage developers to upload services into their cloud environment. However, when more services are being consumed in their cloud, more charges imposed to the users. Meanwhile, there exists a large amount of services which are available in public web service repositories. The cost of mobile development can be reduced by invoking and composing the services in sequence and upload or use them as a single service. We have used Windows Workflow for web service composition and the WSDL file produced can be hosted in our cloud environment and to be used by all. In this paper, we will be discussing on how to use Windows Workflow for web service composition for cloud-based mobile application. With the proposed system we will be able to save battery life time and increase the storage capacity.
