Zusammenfassung
Die hier vorgestellten Ergebnisse eines EU-Projekts befassen sich erstmals mit den Grundvoraussetzungen
f?r Pr?ventionsarbeit in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) durch die Analyse gesundheits- und
arbeitsplatzspezifischer Parameter von Mitarbeitern (MA) (18 KMU, N = 1601). Es wurden Arbeitsbelastungen
(physisch, psychisch, umweltbezogen), k?rperliche Beschwerden, k?rperliches und psychisches Wohlbefinden,
sportliche Aktivit?t, Gesundheitsverhalten, W?nsche und H?rden f?r Gesundheitsaktivit?ten erfasst.
Hierbei konnten geschlechts- und belastungsabh?ngige Unterschiede festgestellt werden, die bei der
Planung und Konzeption von Ma?nahmen zur betrieblichen Gesundheitsf?rderung (BGF) ber?cksichtigt werden
sollten.
Zusammenfassung
Die hier vorgestellten Ergebnisse eines EU-Projekts befassen sich mit den innerbetrieblichen Strukturen
f?r Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM), Betriebliche Gesundheitsf?rderung (BGF) und mit bisherigen
Pr?ventionsangeboten in 28 deutschen und 5 niederl?ndischen kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU).
Hierzu wurden standardisierte Befragungen der Unternehmensleitungen durchgef?hrt. In den Niederlanden
konnten umfangreichere innerbetriebliche Strukturen f?r BGF festgestellt werden. Arbeitsbelastungen kamen
in den Niederlanden h?ufiger vor. Die niederl?ndischen Mitarbeiter (MA) f?hlen sich hierdurch jedoch
signifikant weniger belastet und weisen geringere k?rperliche Beschwerden auf als die Befragten in
Deutschland. Ein Zusammenhang zwischen ermittelten Strukturunterschieden und Beschwerdeprofilen der MA
kann daher vermutet werden.
