Thoát vị bịt là loại thóat vị rất hiếm gặp, thường ở phụ nữ cao tuổi, gầy với biểu hiện lâm sàng nghèo nàn. Chẩn đoán thóat vị bịt trước mổ khó khăn do các triệu chứng không đặc hiệu. Chẩn đoán muộn thường dẫn đến hoại tử ruột do nghẹt, làm tăng tỷ lệ tử vong. Chúng tôi thông báo 2 trường hợp thóat vị bịt nghẹt, biểu hiện lâm sàng bởi hội chứng tắc ruột và được chẩn đoán trước mổ nhờ chụp cắt lớp vi tính ổ bụng.

TÓM TẮTNghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm mục đích so sánh khả năng của CHT và PET/CT trong chẩn đoán xác định ung thư, đánh giá giai đoạn khối u theo TNM, các ưu điểm và nhược điểm của từng phương pháp thông qua điểm y văn. Kết quả cho thấy PET/CT có ưu điểm trong đánh giá giai đoạn khối u (T) và đánh giá tình trạng hạch bạch huyết tại chỗ, đặc biệt là đối với các khối u nguyên phát ở những vị trí mà CLVT có giá trị cao như phổi hoặc đầu/cổ. Tuy nhiên, nhược điểm là nhiễm xạ và giá thành cao. CHT toàn thân có độ chính xác cao trong phát hiện các di căn xa đặc biệt là ở xương, gan, hệ thống thần kinh trung ương. CHT được xem như lựa chọn đầu tiên trong trường hợp các u nguyên phát có sự gắn FDG kém như carcinoma tế bào thận, tiền liệt tuyến. Ngoài ra, CHT rất tốt trong đánh giá chính xác tình trạng toàn bộ khung xương và có hiệu quả cao trong đánh giá giai đoạn các bệnh lý tủy xương ác tính.
