In general, channel conflict is divided into three types: vertical channel conflict, multi-channel conflict and horizontal channel conflict. This article mainly analyzes the vertical channel conflict, the vertical channel conflict common performance of the conflict between the supplier and the retailer, the manufacturer and the dealer conflict, this article uses the case analysis method to the Nanchang department store event as an example, focuses on the supply Conflict between business and retailer.
