With application and popularization of information modeling technology, both Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) could represent three dimensional models in different fields. By introducing application features of GIS and BIM in Metro construction, this paper presents such a thought that effective combination of GIS and BIM may play a role at different stages in metro construction.
In China, building energy has a large basic consumption, along with the development of urbanization, building energy consumption will increase further, while the energy supply capacity with greater reliability is limited, therefore, follow-up development will first encounter energy supply bottleneck in traditional way. To this end, based on the current situation of China's energy supply and energy consumption, urbanization development potential under the condition of guaranteed energy security is analyzed, the countermeasure such as to promote the development of intelligent building is put forward to break the energy constraints in the process of urbanization development, consequently China's path to accelerate the development of intelligent building is proposed.
To solve technical and economic evaluation in the design stage of energy-saving buildings, rank the rationality and economic performance of energy-saving technologies under limited condition and provide basis for the amendment and optimization of energy-saving building schemes, technical and economic evaluation model which is according to matrix evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process is put forward and is used in an project to verify its feasibility. This model chooses energy saving rate, renewable energy contribution rate, add capital ratio and payback period of investment as indexes to describe, explain and evaluate the energy-saving technologies. And this model which can truly realize energy saving in the initial design is well adapted.
After surveying and analyzing many energy-saving building cases, we put forward energy-saving building modular system. According to the system elements which are building types, structure types, building palisade structure system, renewable energy type, energy saving rate, renewable energy rate and capital contribution rate, we divide the system into 18 energy-saving building modules. And this article focuses on the construction principles, system, system composition and system elements purposes. Also we can use this system to design saving-energy buildings with menu type which can not only reduce the repeat design work, but also help owner learn the property of technology and economy in advance to facilitate and adjustment scheme in time, so that we could reduce the waste of time, money and material. Therefore energy-saving building modular system is an innovation which is of great significance in energy-saving building research.
