High peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is one of the main disadvantages for OFDM signals, which will always result in low power efficiency of power amplifier. The peak cancellation method is a powerful PAPR reduction technique. In this paper, the advanced peak cancellation implement method (APC) is proposed for OFDM signals. Extensive simulations demonstrate that in comparison with the conversational peak cancellation implement method, the APC is more suitable for OFDM signals due to less iteration and comparative performance.
This paper analyzed the seismic response of fabricated box girder bridge considering the traveling wave effect based on ANSYS. Take a multi-connected continuous girder bridge over sea island as the research object, consider the effect of pile-soil interaction, the internal force and deformation characteristics of substructure, coping and expansion joint of the bridge are analyzed under the traveling wave effect. Traveling wave effect have some influence on the internal force and deformation of substructure and coping, but the influence is not so strong. Meanwhile the relative displacement of expansion joint and collision force of beam end are influenced significantly, and the risk of girder falling is increased.
An improved fuzzy semi-active control method forparametric vibration of the cable-stayed with MR damper was proposed. The parametervibration control of the cable M22 and the cable M13 of the Hongshuihecable-stayed Bridge was studied. The results show that the effect of theimproved fuzzy semi-active control strategy was better than that of the fuzzysemi-active control strategy. In addition, the proposed fuzzy semi-activecontrol strategy does not need to debug the scaling factor of input variablesand output variables and the MR damper required lower voltages. Therefore, theproposed method makes the fuzzy control more intelligent.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
